Its spacious indoor and outdoor living areas have been thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 14 guests in complete comfort.

The ground floor features a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a fireplace, a 49-inch flat-screen TV and ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room, and both open directly onto the terraces, allowing guests to enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout the sunny days.

The villa's bedrooms are spread across several levels, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.
Upper Floor
• One bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed.
• A second bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, with direct access to an elevated terrace.
• One bathroom.
• Air conditioning and a fan in each bedroom.
Lower Floor
• One bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds that can be joined together.
• One bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds plus two pull-out trundle beds (80 x 200 cm) presented as a sofa.
• One bathroom.
• Laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner and various household equipment.
• Air conditioning in each bedroom.
Basement
• A spacious 20 m² room with two 90 x 200 cm single beds and one 160 x 200 cm double bed, equipped with a fan.
• Technical room and storage space.
The living room sofa converts into an additional double bed, bringing the maximum sleeping capacity to 14 guests. However, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 10 guests, as the villa currently has only two bathrooms.
All bedrooms, except the one furnished with the 180 cm double bed, can be arranged with either twin beds or a king-size bed. Each bedroom also features a large wardrobe.

The villa offers 170 m² of terraces, thoughtfully arranged beneath three elegant pergolas, each designed to make the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
• A first terrace beside the kitchen features a table for six, perfect for breakfast overlooking the sea.
• The second terrace includes a spacious outdoor lounge with built-in sofas seating up to twelve guests, along with a large dining table for memorable meals with family and friends.
• The third pergola is dedicated to outdoor cooking, with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven for pizzas and grilled dishes, and a charming organic vegetable garden.
The beautiful 11 x 5.5 metre private swimming pool, illuminated at night, is surrounded by a manicured lawn, creating a peaceful haven for relaxation.
The landscaped garden invites leisurely strolls among aromatic herbs and Mediterranean flowers. A pathway leads to a charming belvedere, where guests can admire spectacular views over the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos—or gaze at the magnificent Milky Way on clear nights.
The rooftop terrace, furnished as a solarium with sun loungers and comfortable cushions, is the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
