Bay View Condominiums is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Bradenton Beach. The small complex boasts eight units. Magnificent Bay views are enjoyed from this elevated condo located a brief two-minute walk to the sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
The unit offers an under-building parking garage, a secure coded elevator, Bayfront pool, fishing pier and boat docks.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free trolley, with convenient stops the length of the island.

**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

Great location, great view of the bay

Just spent a week at Bay View C. The whole back of condo has 3 big sliding doors that overlook the bay. The bay is out back, & 4 properties & across the street in opposite direction is the beach. Able to walk to Bridge St & Moose. 2br,2 bath. Kitchen had everything needed to cook The living room is updated and comfy. Rest of home is a little dated if that bothers you, but didn’t impact us. We loved staying here & would again in a heartbeat.

Condo was as pictured. We loved the location - located on the bay w views out the whole back of confo. We could walk to bridge street, although riding bikes was preferred. The beach is only 4 houses up & across the street. We rode the free trolley several times & its stop is at the end of the street. Beautiful location

The condo was lovely and we were pleased with all the accommodations. This was our first time staying on the Island and we hope to come back again. The only thing we did not like was that to pick up the keys and to drop them off you had to drive about 10-15 minutes away from where you stayed. We have always had codes or the keys were available to pick up on sight. We made it work but for some that might be a bigger concern so I wanted to share that here. We enjoyed our time and were thankful we had a nice place to stay. Everyone was friendly and kind to us.

Better than description

I stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. The place was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The views were absolutely spectacular and the beach was just steps away. Management was very responsive and helpful. I only have two suggestions if I may, have keypads instead of keys and perhaps newer pillows and a mattress pad for the master bedroom. I would love to go back and stay there again! Thanks for a lovely time at your condo. Hannah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit C was clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect and view is beautiful. Walk to beach and restaurants. Only negative is having to go to realty office to pick up and drop off key. Keyless entry would be more convenient. We would stay again.

A nice 2 bedroom (one king, one queen) with a pool, view of the bay and a shared bay dock, across the street from the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shops on bridge street. Wonderful stay at this comfortable condo!

Excellent Condo - Highly Recommend

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was in a great location. The view of the bay was awesome and loved the short walk to the beach. The living room is very large with comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. The showers had great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The pool was wonderful and loved the view of the bay from there as well. We hope to return to this condo. We really only have one recommendation. A keyless entry would be lovely, the keys were a little inconvenient. You will love your stay here if you choose this condo!

The condo is very clean and well kept; however, it is a bit out dated. The kitchen has all cooking necessities. The draw backs are: I am expecting some sample shampoo or wash as we came in late and the internet was very very slow. It was fixed after we called in a day or so later. Otherwise, location was great and the views of the bay is amazing.

Outstanding views in a well-organized, clean home!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners have anticipated every need from beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to laundry needs. The pool was well maintained and warm! The Gulf is a block away.
