Dan was a wonderful host, the property was as described, clean and we loved the location with just a short walk to town and the river. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay, the house was stocked with everything we needed. A very short walk to the playground, river and restaurants which is where we spent most of our time. The backyard area was very convenient for our dog and kids.
This is an excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained property in an ideal location and with a communicative and helpful owner. Would give 10 stars if I could and I hope to return in the future.
This condo deserves it's high ratings. It's a clean, well-kept-up, nice place. It's very convenient to downtown Salida and also to hiking. For us it is definitely the perfect location. Also, the owner is a great guy, very helpful, courteous, and good communication. Definitely an A
If you’re planning a Salida stay, it’s hard to beat this location. Dan’s restoration/renovation skills have transformed this 2 bedroom row house into a traveler’s dream. It has all the modern conveniences along with the architectural charm. A thoughtful host, spotlessly clean accommodations and a perfect location made our weekend stay perfection.
Our 2nd stay here and couldn’t be more pleased. Our dogs loved the yard and close proximity to the river. Will always recommend this place and Dan is the most gracious host. Thank you for the memories and recommendations.

Close to everything in Old Town Salida. Wonderful restaurants, wonderful people. The nearby riverwalk is great for the dogs. Wonderful back yard and deck to relax and pass the time.
We enjoyed a month in this ideal place in idyllic Salida. The condo had everything we needed, and Dan’s place and back yard also accommodated our two dogs, which made this as work perfectly.
Nice two bedroom unit located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown with a fenced in backyard. Well equipped kitchen with everything thing you need. Great place to stay anytime of the year. Great restaurants within waking distance.
