The interior is warm and relaxing, with original exposed brick walls, ten foot ceilings, and beautiful hardwood flooring. A new addition provides a spacious and sunny area for dining and entertainment with a large walk-out deck to the back yard.

If you’re planning a Salida stay, it’s hard to beat this location. Dan’s restoration/renovation skills have transformed this 2 bedroom row house into a traveler’s dream. Close to everything in Old Town Salida. Wonderful restaurants, wonderful people. The nearby riverwalk is great for the dogs. Wonderful back yard and deck to relax and pass the time.

This is an amazing property with a great location right near the River and walking distance to downtown Salida. The owner saved us a parking spot and greeted us at arrival. The condo itself had everything we could have needed including kitchen dishes/ utensils/coffee s well as plenty of bedding and towels. Overall, this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in and highly recommend it.
