House with large terraces three bedrooms and two bathrooms large living room with fireplace and heating in winter and being the temperature quite cool in summer facing south what makes this both in winter and summer very comfortable and full kitchen with all accessories necessary oven, kitchen with four burners, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and crockery with green areas where you can barbecue and on the golf course with beautiful views and very quiet area near the center of the city and the beach a few minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande, Gibraltar
