Shared parking. but completely separate entrance. Property has a feel of being in nature with the numerous trees, stream, and golf course in back, but is only a mile from stores. Powder mountain ski resort is 6 miles further up the canyon, and the lake is about 2 miles. The apartment sleeps a maximum of two. Full bathroom with granite counters, and separate shower. Full kitchen, with side by side fridge, gas stove/oven and a dishwasher. Full Kitchen with gas range and bar. Queen size bed with newer mattress and down comforter. Separate living room with Roku enabled tv.

Owners live upstairs, and when home, you may hear footsteps occasionally or distant sound of voices. There isalso a full time renter in theadjacent downstairs space. You will be able to hear voices and tv noise on occasion, particularly in the tv room. A white noise machine is provided for the bedroom in case you need it. No space is shared except for the laundry room.

Property backs the golf course where there is a lovely pond and endless views. In the winter there is a sledding hill, cross country skiing trails, horse drawn sleigh rides, and lots of room for snowshoeing.

Powder Mountain Ski Resort is a 15 minute drive, Snowbasin is 30. A wonderful tree lined lake for boating and paddle boarding is 5 minutes away, paved trails and the grocery store close enough and town center close enough to bike to.

Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis with additional $100 per pet fee (per stay unless stay is more than one month, and then is monthly).
