Charming modern 2 bed 2 bath private pool villa, enormous kitchen, beach 2km!

Villa Felicity is a pleasant private pool holiday villa on a completely fenced/walled in plot adjoining acres and acres of evergreen valley scenery . Located between Porches and Armacao de Pera, near the sea and fantastic beaches. Inside you will find, next to the spacious living room and a 2019 new installed, fully equipped fitted enormous kitchen with adjoining guest toilet and open to very large kitchen terrace, 2 cozy bedrooms as well as two bathrooms(both en-suites), everything on one level. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In the living room there is a cozy seating area with a flat screen TV, a small bar, adjoining dining area. Going away from the ample kitchen terrace a small path between fruit trees(ao ENORMOUS mango tree!!) and lawn is the pool area with a great place for BBQ to enjoy cozy evenings in absolute privacy. As BBQ movable of course could also be used at the huge(dining/lunch) spaces in front of kitchen. The property is completely fenced/walled in, has private parking space for several cars and is accessible through an electric gate. Around the house and the pool area is a beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of Algarve-typical fruit trees and beautiful flowers. At the very back of the plot you will find a little pine tree "forest", special atmosphere. You will absolutely enjoy your stay at this cozy holiday home.

Note: since 1 April 2024, there is a tourist tax applied to all new reservations. This tax will be charged per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a limit of 7 nights' stay.

A late summers break in the Algavre

An ideal villa for a couple (or two couples). It is wonderfully equipped and very well presented (the owners have done an excellent job). It is in a quiet spot off the main road and close to the supermarket and the beaches. A car is required for trips and convenience. Thank you, we'll come again, we've had an excellent break Paul & Judy

Belle villa, dans un endroit calme, supermarché a proximité, bien située pour visiter toute cette région du Portugal. La propreté de la maison était satisfaisante, celle de l’extérieur beaucoup moins. Beaux espaces extérieurs, cuisine spacieuse et bien aménagée, chambres et salon confortables. Deux réflexions: - Un accueil personnalisé sur place eut été souhaitable (mise en route de la clim, des appareils électriques, de l’électroménager, etc….) - Linges de maison(serviettes, torchons, etc….) peu généreux. Ce fut un agréable séjour malgré ces quelques inconvénients.

Wonderful place

We came 4 adults to spend the first week of September at Vila Felicity. Because of the Covid 19 situatio, we were looking for a place that is not in a crowded area and can offer us a nice and relaxed holiday without having to go out of the house too often. This is exactly what we found here. A wonderful house, very spatious and clean. A great garden with pool and a beautiful rooftop terrace, amazing to watch the night sky The communication with the owners was perfect. We had a small issue with a clogged toilet and as soon as we announced it, someone came to repair it. Whenever we had questions, Jeroen answered in the shortest time. I highly recommend this location for a nice, relaxed, holiday, close enough to civilization (restaurants, supermarket, etc) but private enough to disconnected from the daily routine. Thank you, Jeroen!

TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT - Belle villa avec des espaces intérieurs généreux et très beau jardin avec piscine, le tout bien entretenu et propre. Les photos représentent la stricte vérité. Les contacts avec l'agent immobilier et la personne s'occupant de notre arrivée et notre départ se sont très bien passés. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa qui a un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Petite information gustative : ne pas oublier d'aller dîner dans le village de Porches au restaurant "Porches Velho"

Lovely and spacious

Despite only receiving our arrival instructions when we landed at Faro, we managed to find the car rental guy and made our way to Armação de Pera region for lunch and checked-in at 4pm on the dot. The villa was clean and the kitchen is really well equipped. There isn’t really much to do nearby, however we did walk to Senhora de Rocha, are there are 4 restaurants and a bar (next to the Intermarche) The pool area is lovely but the pool is freezing and the trees are so tall that there is no sun after 4.30pm, so you have to move the beds to chase the sun! Despite that we had a fantastic week and visited some fantastic little beaches.
