Villa "Monte Pardal" is newly refurbished spacious 4 bedroom villa near Fuseta, situated in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
It is set within its own private and totally landscaped gardens (12.000sqm). The villa has a spacious terrace all around it with direct access to a wonderful pool with a fantastic view over the Ria Formosa and the sea.
The pool is 10m x 5m and beyond the solar system, from March to November the pool works also with an automatic solar cover and an automated heat pump, guaranteeing day and night a minimum temperature of 30ºC even on the coolest days !
It also has a pool light that can change colour at the touch of a button.
There are plenty of sun loungers and places to sit to have dinner, either in the shade or sunshine making this the perfect holiday villa.
A large BBQ is also available.
There is a full size kitchen with everything you would expect and a separate area with washing machine and tumble dryer. A large dining area ideal for great social evenings opens up into a lounge with satellite television. WiFi is also available all over the house.
The 4 bedrooms all have its own en-suite facilities and all the house is climated (cold and heat) by the floor.
Fuseta is a small fishing town with lots of bars and restaurants all serving freshly caught fish. Beautiful beaches are also within easy reach by a beautiful boat ride. In the same way you can take tours by Ria Formosa or specific activities to your liking.
About 250 meters away is the Ecovia of the Algarve coast, where you can go hiking, cycling and see a great diversity of birds.
