GITE WITH SAUNA MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF MONT BLANC + AIGUILLE MIDI.

In the Assy Plateau facing south with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, listed at the Passy tourist office. Full foot, pleasant and sunny (6 to 8 people). 3 minutes from the village center and the bus stop for Plaine Joux. Three bedrooms + 1 new sofa bed in the living room: two of the bedrooms are equipped with shower and sink, one bedroom with independent bathroom, 2 toilets. Kitchen. Basement for storing skis and drying clothes. Washing machine and dryer available. Terrace and living room facing south, view of Mont Blanc. The house consists of this cottage and a studio for rent in addition according to availability (280 euros per week for 2 people). Forest and departure of paths 30 meters from the house. Free loan of toboggans and trekking poles. Free WIFI. TV. Hi-fi system. Other: member of the Passy tourist office
SAUNA: The shower is taken in the bedrooms. Towels and bathrobes are provided for the duration of the stay. For hygiene reasons, the swimsuit is compulsory. Participation requested for the use of the sauna 15 euros per hour session (2 to 3 people maximum per session).

A deposit of 1200 euros is requested on your arrival and returned on your departure after the inventory.

Heerlijk verblijf met uitzicht MontBlanc

We waren met zijn vijfjes, mijn man en ik en drie volwassen kinderen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, de verhuurster woont op de onder verdieping. Er zijn genoeg slaapplekken en de bedden liggen lekker. Het wordt wel wat snel benauwd, je kunt ramen moeilijk op een kiertje zetten op de slaapkamer.Maar verder heel compleet, oven, afwasmachine alles is er. Ook de wasmachine hebben we gebruikt. Bushalte dichtbij, ook heel handig. En het uitzicht, magnifiek!!! Echt heel mooi. De omgeving is prachtig, we hebben heerlijke bergwandelingen kunnen maken. Ook hebben twee van de kids een vlucht gemaakt met een paraglide. Dit is dichtbij.Wij hebben genoten

Maison confortable face au Mont Blanc

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie, avec une bouteille de vin. La maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et tout est conforme à la description.Situé à 15 min de la petite station familiale de Passy Les Joux, 5 min à pied des commerces et 15 min des supermarchés. Pour relier les stations côté St Gervais Mont Blanc, comptez 30min. A noter que la maison comprend aussi 2 petits studios au rez-de-chaussée, mais cela ne nous a posé aucun souci. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Calme et montagne

Emplacement génial, la vue du balcon est a couper le souffle tous les matins. La maison est propre (a part un soucis de semi broyeur qui fait remonter des odeurs, mais Marie a tout géré et était réactive, des travaux sont prévus) Très bien équipée, on y retournera c'est sûr !

Eine schöne Woche mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Marie und ihr Mann sind äußerst nett. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr praktisch fanden wir,dass zwei der Zimmer Dusche und Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer haben.

Super séjour au soleil 🌞

On a passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison. La vue face au mont Blanc est extraordinaire. Marie nous a donné des conseils par rapport aux randonnées et aux activités aux alentours et est très disponible si besoin. La maison est est agréable et est très bien équipée (y compris linge maison, toilettes et draps, ne pas devoir emporter tout cela, c’est une de mes exigences). Le coin est superbe et propice à de nombreuses randonnées.

Location avec vue magnifique sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc

Location perchée dans la montagne où il fait bon vivre . Tout est pensé pour être comme chez soi , très propre . Marie est au petit soin , elle nous avait laissé un coulis myrtille, une merveille et nous conseille tb pour les randonnées environnantes ! Le jardin des cimes est à 2 pas .. à faire absolument , la vue est splendide . L' église atypique est également à visiter dans le village . Nous avons egalement fait la cascade du Dard qui valait le coup..bonne grimpette malgré tout ..le châlet cerro par contre ne nous a pas offert la belle vue comme attendue car le glacier des bossons ne peut être vu que bien plus haut . Nous avons egalement fait le col des Aravis avec la randonnée à la croix de fer ...magnifique .. concert des vaches et des biquettes avec leur cloches... sublime..que la montagne est belle !! On a déjà hâte de revenir ...

Heel gezellig huis met superaardige gastvrouw

Op de site vind je weinig informatie en weinig foto's. We wisten niet zo goed wat te verwachten. De communicatie via de site: wel of niet geboekt?, verliep wat gebrekkig. Later, in direct contact met de gastvrouw, ging dat veel beter! We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en de woning is heel gezellig. Verwacht geen buutensporige luxe, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er en het is schoon en praktisch. Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Er is een hele goede sfeer in het huis waardoor je je gelijk thuis voelt. En Marie is een lieve en attente gastvrouw!

Excellent accueil et vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc

La maison est vraiment très bien située : nous avons trouvé des commerces à proximité immédiate (notamment une boulangerie qui propose aussi un peu d'epicerie et quelques plats à emporter) et il y a de nombreuses activités à faire dans un rayon de 15 kilomètres (baignade, accrobranche, parapente, luge d'ete, randonnées etc).. Nous avons entre autres visité le Jerdin des Cimes, les Gorges de la Diosaz, le Parc de Merlet, Chamonix (train pour la Mer de Glace, Domaine des Planards), Saint-Gervais (Tramway du Mont-Blanc), Mégève (route du Calvaire)... Nous avons par ailleurs été très bien accueillis par Marie. Elle a tout fait pour que nousnous sentions comme chez nous et nous a donné de bons conseils de visite. Elle s'est montrée très disponible.
