This renovated, tastefully decorated, clean, contemporary beach-themed unit has beautiful plank tile flooring throughout, granite counter tops, new subway tile, cabinetry, and Shiplap walls installed March, 2020. Peachtree Place I is a Family Friendly complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, only steps from the white sand beach. This 3rd floor condo boasts a generous front porch facing the gulf, and a back porch that faces a tropical nature preserve. It sleeps 4 with one Queen bed and two twin bunks, as well as a Queen sleeper sofa. The complex includes an outdoor pool, shuffleboard, and basketball court. Very easy beach access directly across the street and parking right outside your unit.

Fun family beach vacation

The unit was exactly as described in the listing! The unit was extremely clean and very family friendly. The unit was very close to the beach, the pool was great, and we enjoyed walking each morning. The property manager was also great! We really enjoyed our stay and this unit!!

Quiet end of the beach

Perfect condo for a couple or small family. Very nice condo and close to the beach. 1 minute walk across the street. Great views from the front porch. Would definitely recommend!

Great condo for vacation !

This property was great for us. It was a very short walk to the beach and the condo was exactly as the pictures show. It is centrally located to grocery stores and a very short drive to pier Park. The condo was very clean and everything worked as it should. All this being said it made for a great vacation.

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. The bunk beds are comfy and out of the way. And the decor was a perfect beach theme . The best part about this condo, it's just a short walk to the beach. We look forward to staying again. Thanks 😊

Spring Break 2018-Great location for easy beach access!

This condo is a short drive to the hustle and bustle of PCB but far enough away that it is a bit quieter and much less busy. The pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay but we were able to use the Peachtree II pool which was a nice pool. The condo has great views of the beach in the front and the nature preserve in the back. Being on the 3rd floor is a bit of a hike but it was very quiet up there. It was peaceful and quiet and the owners/neighbors were friendly.

Great place

It was overall a great place! We did figure out that the oven doesn’t work very well, but the burners did work fine. We tried to cook cookies in the oven and they took double the normal time bake on 350*F. The internet would not connect to our baby monitor (we use the Nanit), but the unit is small enough that it wasn’t a huge deal. The keypad did stop working but the owner was extremely responsive and we were able to get in within a few minutes! Overall it was a great experience!

Wonderful experience!

The condo was exactly as described! Very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. As a matter of fact the bedroom had the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! The owners were fantastic to work with and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The only problem we had was the television in the living room did not work properly, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The location was good, just a short walk to the beach., it was easy to come and go during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
