This charming 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment is truly a HOME AWAY FROM HOME - very tastefully and cozy decorated (renewed in November 2017) with beautifully high, wooden roofs.

The apartment is located in the second (and top) floor of "La Casa Quemá" a traditional Andalusian Courtyard Neigbours House built at the end of XVIIth century and restored in 2007. The traditional wooden windows provide hours of sunlight for the apartment and they are facing the main flourish courtyard and our terrace where you can enjoy Sevilla´s great weather.

The apartment was completely refurbished in November 2017.

The area in which the apartment is located is the historic neigbourhood of Triana right next to the Triana Bridge! It offers an exciting variety of typical Spanish Cafes and Bars, and multitude of some of the Best Restaurants and Cuisine Seville has to offer! If you prefer to eat / cook at home, there are a lot of supermarkets and the traditional market where you can find local & gourmet products is 5 min walking.

The apartment is located in Calle Pureza, one of the most charming streets in Sevill. Near the building you can find Santa Ana´s Church one of the greatest Mudejar Temple in the city or Betis Street with its incredible Guadalquivir River and City Center Views.

The apartment is extremely well connected, situated very close to Old town (5minutes walk) and River (1min walk). You can literally walk everywhere.
In addition, there are bus stops (C3 line) and underground stops (line 1) near the house.
You can reach the airport bus in less than a 5 min walk.
There are plenty of public parkings around, and if you get lucky, you can park on the street.
