Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einwandfrei und entschädigen so einiges.Die Ausstattung ist leider sehr spartanisch.Schön wären Sitzauflagen gewesen, mindestens für die Liegestühle. Es fehlen leider auch scharfe Messer, Geschirrhandtücher und Schneidebretter.Wir hatten dennoch einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Costa Paradiso ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Piacevole vacanza tutta mare

L'appartamento è ben descritto in inserzione, ottimo per una famiglia: ci sono i giusti spazi per una vacanza rilassata. Un grande plus il doppio bagno, che agevola e velocizza le operazioni, bene la presenza della lavatrice che permette di portarsi appresso nelle valigie non troppe cose. Paesaggisticamente una fiaba, vista a ovest con tramonti strepitosi cenando sulla veranda con i cinghiali che grufolano e girano curiosi (non sono aggressivi, sono abituati all'uomo e basta battere le mani per allontanarli se si fanno troppo insistenti) Accesso alle scogliere MERAVIGLIOSE agevole, molte delle quali si raggiungono attraverso percorsi attrezzati di scalette e corrimani Nel complesso una esperienza estremamente positiva.

Tra natura, mare e tramonti

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione fatta, presenta tutto il necessario occorrente; resta solo un poco carente la ricezione della televisione, ma se ne può fare a meno e godersi la pace del panorama che ti circonda. Posizione tranquilla e riservata, immersa nella natura, con vista mare e tramonti magnifici; possibilità di raggiungere il mare facendo una breve passeggiata senza dover utilizzare l'auto. Ottima disponibilità ed assistenza sia con il Signor Marco, che in loco con Valerio.

Schöne Lage und schönes einfaches Haus

Sehr schönes Objekt in sehr schöner Lage am Hang. Die Ausstattung ist etwad mau, also am besten Spülmittel, Schwämme usw mitbringen. Handtücher und Bettzeug gibt es vor Ort. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert, allerdings vor Ort nur auf Italienisch (man konnte sich aber trotzdem gut verständigen) Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert :)

vacanza relax

abbiamo trascorso la vacanza in Costa Paradiso nella villa centrale, la villetta è posizionata bene per esposizione e posizione nel comprensorio,comodo porticato e terrazzo comune con barbecue,nel complesso molto tranquillo per una vacanza da relax.. un pò meno per chi vuole vivere la vita notturna.

Vacanza bellissima 😎

La location era fantastica, un posto magnifico in mezzo alle rocce. La casa è molto carina e la posizione bellissima..la terrazza con idromassaggio e barbecue danno quel tocco in più per garantire una vacanza perfetta. Poi che dire lo spettacolo dei tramonti e la vista panoramica fanno il resto. Unica nota negativa è stata la presenza di formiche, comunque risolta in pochi giorni dalla proprietà. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla proprietà sempre disponibile.

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage, leider mit mäßiger Ausstattung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön an der Costa Paradiso mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Mit unserem Mietwagen waren wir von dort aus sehr flexibel und konnten die Umgebung erkunden. Leider war die Ausstattung insbesondere an Küchenutensilien nur mäßig. Es gab z.B. nur wenige Teller mit unterschiedlichem Dekor, keine Geschirrtücher, nur kleine Saftgläser und zwei große Bierhumpen, keinen Korkenzieher oder Flaschenöffner, keine Tischdecke für den Tisch auf der Terrasse und auch keine Liegestühle. Beim Wäscheständer war schon eine Stange zerbrochen und der Mülleimer war auch angebrochen. Als wir bemängelten, dass wir nur eine kleine Espressomaschine haben, bekamen wir eine zweite, der versprochene Austausch in eine große blieb dann aber aus. Insgesamt dennoch ein empfehlenswertes Haus!
