Brand new construction, portion of a semi-detached villa, independent the villa can accommodate up to 7 (5 + 2) people and consists of two double bedrooms, one single and a sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms, kitchen and kitchenette with laundry area outside equipped for outdoor dining, deck chairs, umbrellas, air conditioning only in the sleeping area, parking and green space. Excellent for families with small children, the sea is 150 meters away on foot with a beach of excellent quality, free or equipped. Perfection in Paradise

This new construction tri-level home, with tri-level air conditioning, is both stylish and comfortable. Our unit had a second functioning kitchen just off the rear patio which was nice when boiling water for pasta so as not to humify the indoors. The driveway and patio area is fully tiled -- a nice feature. And the two main bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and dresser storage. The third room is more of a pass-through room to get from the second floor to the third, but for a child or teenager, it's fine. You are literally one block from the beach. As for the owners, Salvatore and his wife are lovely, good people, hospitable in every way, and responsive to any inquiry or request. We whole heartedly recommend this property, and we will FOR SURE be staying there when we return. Grazie mille, Salvatore!

Das Haus ist traumhaft. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum feinsandigen Strand. Zu den Restaurants sind wir am Strand gelaufen ca 15 Minuten. Sehr schöne Stadt mit sehr leckeren Restaurants. Salvatore hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Sehr nette Vermieter.

La nostra vacanza è iniziata il 14 luglio ed abbiamo affittato tutta la casa (eravamo in 16) Ci siamo trovati bene, è una casa ben strutturata per le vacanze (con 2 cucine), pulita, nuova e con i proprietari sempre a disposizione sia per fornire informazioni che per risolvere problemi. Il mare vicino alla casa è molto bello (alla pari delle spiagge più rinomate della zona. Il borgo di Marzamemi, raggiungibile facilmente in macchina (noi con passeggini e bambini piccoli nn potevamo fare diversamente) è molto bello e pittoresco. Siamo stati molto molto bene, la consigliamo.

"Casa distinta e molto decorosa di nuova struttura,molto accogliente e confortevole con scorcio di vista sul mare e sita a circa 50 mt dalla spiaggia antistante di marzamemi. L'accesso si effettua presso via privata ,quindi si può godere di un soggiorno di pace e serenità, nel contempo circondato ( vicini di casa ) da un clima festoso e giovanile. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto discreti,simpatici,affabili e disponibili al dialogo. Questo giudizio in particolare è puramente soggettivo, nel senso che,nell'incontro e nel dialogo telefonico avvenuto per la prenotazione dell'appartamento,abbiamo instaurato una qual si voglia fiducia reciproca. Consiglierei questo contatto a persone di fiducia. Famiglia A."
