St Jean De Luz, Rare & Beautiful Sunny Beach Front Apartment (Renovated)

This apartment has been in the family for many years and has just been fully renovated. We have only just started renting this out as before we kept it for family and friends. It is our second home so we want like minded people to appreciate it and treat it as we would.
There are three large bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, one bathroom, a shower room with wash basin and another separate toilet.
The Living area is 25 square meters and has two large windows looking directly onto the beach and a large double door which opens onto the balcony with view on the sea, port and kids playground. The afternoon sun fills the living room. Two large couches and two arm chairs allow you catch up on reading and there is a TV, a DVD player WIFI and CABLE TV. The Kitchen is new and contains a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher and is bathed in morning sun, just wonderful to have breakfast in the sun while looking over the port and mountains. There is a large dining table which can seat eight/ten comfortably.

The master bedroom has mountain and port views with a balcony and a double bed 160 cm, the sun floods in here from morning till early afternoon, there is a shower and basin off this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has beautiful sea views with a balcony and has two single beds and gets the afternoon sun. The 3rd bedroom has sea views with a balcony and has two single beds. There are two toilets one of which is separate and the other is in the bathroom which has a bathtub, shower and a clothes washing machine. There is also off street parking which if you have a car is an absolute must. This is not a main street so the apartment is quiet and peaceful. You can hear the sea lapping from all the bedrooms, it's really so lovely and relaxing to fall asleep to. The best part about this apartment is being able to access the beach so easily. Long walks along the beach first thing in the morning when there is no one about are breath taking!

The town has a main square which is three minutes walk from the apartment. This is full of cafes and places to eat and is perfect for a morning coffee and a read of the newspaper in the sun. There is a Thalassotherapy center 5 minutes walk from the apartment, this is a 'Well-being centre' which has a large indoor water area with water jets and spa baths.They offer everything from aqua aerobics to massages and even offer detox and slimming programs.

The mountains are just behind the apartment and there are many walks to do. There are also many golf courses in the area and Saint Sebastian’s is only a 30 minutes drive away and there are some great shops and a beautiful beach there.
There are surf clubs in the area too. Anglet, Bidart and Hendaye are known for their surf schools and beaches.

In summer the beach at St Jean de Luz is full of activities for adults and children, there is even a center where you can drop the kids off for the day.

Flights arrive in at Biarritz airport which is 20 – 30 minutes from the apartment. Flights can be taken from London to Biarritz with Ryan air then it is a 20 minutes taxi ride to St Jean de Luz around 30-40 Euros. There are also buses in summer and winter. The TGV train arrives in the center of the town of Saint Jean de Luz and the apartment is a 10 minute walk from here.

Whether you are three couples, a family or group of friends, this apartment will certainly help you make the most of your holiday in St Jean de Luz. If you require more room, we have another apartment under this one which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 as well. It does not have seas views as it is lower down, but opens onto a terrace.
