This cottage in Sag Harbor worked beautifully for my daughter and me. It’s on a quiet street close to town with a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot a stone’s throw away.
We had a wonderful stay here. This house truly is a home, and you will feel like a guest in a well-loved and very special home. The house captures the character of this special town just perfectly. It is well-appointed and absolutely charming, and the neighborhood is perfect, a lovely walk from the village shops and restaurants. The touches and flourishes all made for a really memorable experience for our whole family. For our family of five (kids 15, 9, and 7) the space was just ideal. It could also accommodate 6 adults comfortably.
Wonderful oasis during the heatwave. Elizabeth was easy to communicate with and has designed a charming renovated ‘old’ home with lots of comfy rooms and spacious garden. The grill, commercial stove and espresso machine added to our stay. Lovely neighbors too! We would love to come again. And sidewalks made it easy to explore the small streets and walk the dog without worry. Too hot to walk to town but it’s only about 10 minutes.
If you’re looking to stay in Sag Harbor, look no further! WOW, this cottage was the perfect choice for our vacation, it was exactly what we were looking for. Elizabeth’s home is so beautiful, styled to perfection and full of charm and history! Right in the middle of Sag Harbor Village with less than a 10 minute walk to Main St, what could be better? The home had everything we needed and more (high end appliances, cookware, espresso machine, outdoor grill). The back patio and front porch were both so lovely for dining outside. Elizabeth was so welcoming and very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this property. My husband and I had the most wonderful 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed even longer. We miss this home already and can’t wait to come back! THANK YOU Elizabeth!
We had a wonderful last minute vacation at this lovely Sag Harbor home in the village.
The home is old but renovated with all modern amenities ( while preserving all the historic charm) and stylish decor. It has a great location with easy access out of town towards beaches and Easthampton as well as a walkable distance to the town of Sag Harbor, which if you’ ve never been is a most see for quaintness and lots of shopping.
Would definitely do again - fit our family of five and small dog perfectly.
There s a little organic coffee / yummy foods place literally 1/2 a block a way that was beyond convenient.
Wonderful front porch we’re you can sit with coffee in am or cocktail in pm and watch people and their dogs go by.
Elizabeth was easily reachable and responsive.

Perfect Sag Harbor Home
Elizabeth's home is absolutely lovely and was exactly what we were looking for. It has enough space to house four very comfortably with a lot of different cozy nooks throughout the house for reading, napping etc. The yard is lovely for eating outside and the kitchen is very well equipped and charming. The decor throughout is charming, warm and well designed. We stayed in June and the weather varied from sunny to rainy but it didn't matter because the house is perfect for warm sunny weather or cozy cloudy days. Elizabeth was a pleasure to deal with and was completely on top of everything and very responsive and gracious. The house is very close to town - an easy 7 min walk - and is located on a great picturesque street. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone wanting to explore Sag Harbor and enjoy a real authentic experience.

Peaceful, charming getaway
My family had a wonderful stay in this Sag Harbor home. The home itself has endless character and charm; it clearly has been curated by a mindful eye. We loved being able to easily walk to town, and the corner market could not be closer in the event we wanted something quickly.

Lovely Historical House in the middle of the village
This lovely historical house centered in the middle of the village was one of my best rentals in Sag Harbor as I've been renting for several years. Typically I ask to see the property prior to renting but in this case, just by reviewing the photos and knowing the location I felt comfortable booking it immediately, sight on seen. It was exactly what I was expecting! The house had a happy welcoming feel to it. It had everything we needed in a summer rental. The location was just perfect, walk into town or across the street to the Harbor Market. Elizabeth, the owner, did a wonderful job furnishing the house as well and creating a lovely backyard. She was also lovely to deal with and our stay was quite memorable. I loved the wrap around front porch for morning coffees or evening glass of wine. Perfect house with a white picket fence. I would have stayed longer if we could have.

Wonderful summer in Sag Harbor
This house is a gem! Our family (2 adults, 2 children) felt so comfortable the minute we walked in. There is a happy feeling to the house; it is very clean, with tasteful decor and new appliances throughout. Last but not least, the location of the house is ideal - close enough to walk to town for a walk along the harbor, restaurants, yoga studios, farmers markets, stores, and the beaches.
The owners are very helpful and responsive, and they are very knowledgeable of the area.
It is a great house!
