A FUNTANA MEIGA, in the center of the SINIS, CASA TURCHESE, independent and with a large veranda on 3 sides

Separated from the sea (less than 50 m.) Only by a strip of Mediterranean flora and immersed in a large garden full of fragrant essences, rent bright and well-kept house with all the comforts.
It consists of a living room (with air conditioning) + kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 3 single beds, two of them bunk. Bathroom with shower + an additional external hot shower for exclusive use of the house.
It is surrounded on 3 sides by a comfortable terrace with parasol, table and chairs both on the sea front and on the back for pleasant outdoor breakfasts.
The house is located right in the center of the Lungomare, at equal distance from San Giovanni di Sinis on the left and the Natural Oasis of Seu on the right, reachable on foot from the house in about 15 minutes.

Both the walk towards San Giovanni, through the dunes, and that towards Seu along a small path along the beach, offer extraordinary scenery.

Going towards San Giovanni it will surprise you to come across the so called "Ballroom", a space set among the rocks where the young people of the nearby village of Cabras once used to organize their graduation parties and which in reality was a ancient Roman quarry.

Towards Seu instead, where the wheat fields studded with red poppies, at the beginning of summer almost touch the sea water, following a small dirt road you can enter among the perfumes of the flowers and plants of the Oasis where the time has really stopped

Recommended

Quirky little house with a lovely sunny terrace and balcony with sea views. Ideally placed to visit the beautiful beaches of the Sinis Peninsula and the spectacular site of Tharros. San Giovanni di Sinis is only a few minutes away by car and has several good places to eat. The beach directly in front of the house is difficult to access but a short walk brings you to an easier path. We were outside from breakfast till bedtime, always able to find a shady spot on the terrace when the sun got too hot-and it was very hot! Francesca is a delightful hostess, nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed our dual language conversations! Thank you, we had a lovely peaceful holiday.

Alla scoperta del Sinis

La signora Francesca è stata fantastica , disponibile , gentile , ci ha fatto sentire come a casa .. E’ stato piacevolissimo chiacchierare con lei e farci raccontare un po’ di storia del territorio!!la casa è comodissima vicinissima al mare e a tutto quello che c è da visitare nei dintorni!! Se dovessimo tornare da questo lato della Sardegna torneremo da lei assolutamente !!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren bequem. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Wunderbarer Urlaub auf der Halbinsel Sinis

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Der Badestrand ist nur weinige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Weitere schöne Strände liegen nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und sind auf dem reizvollen Uferweg auch ohne Auto bequem erreichbar. Empfehlenswert sind die Wanderung zum Torre Seu und weiter bis zum bekannten Strand von Maimoni und die Tour zum Capo San Marco, wo man ebenfalls sehr schöne Badestrände findet. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse reicht u-förmig um die Wohnung, so dass man immer zwischen sonniger oder schattiger Sitzgruppe wählen kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Francesca gibt gern gute Tipps für lohnende Sehenswürdigkeiten, an denen es nicht mangelt. Man findet viele phönizische und römische Spuren.

Freundliche, informative Vermieterin

schöne Gesamteinheit, unverstellter Blick aufs Meer. Gepflegter Garten, gute Möglichkeit, seine Ruhe zu haben, da der Außenbereich auf 3 Seiten des Gebäudes zu nutzen ist. Alles da, was eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung braucht. Bei Fragen oder Hilfsbedarf ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl. Francesca und ihr Mann sind sehr nette, großzügige und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Francesca hat für uns sogar extra Mitbringsel besorgt und und ihren Sonnenschirm ausgeliehen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Viele traumhafte Strände sind in 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Aber auch der Strand in Funtana Meiga ist schön. Da wir in der Nachsaison dort waren, waren der kleine Supermarkt und die Pizzeria schon geschlossen. Deshalb ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.

Ruhig, toller Strand vor der Tür

Sehr saubere Wohung, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Man würde sich selbst vielleicht praktischer einrichten, aber für den Urlaub völlig okay! Großer Außenbereich/Terasse mit vielen Pflanzen und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten (je nach Sonnenstand), das war auch für unsere Kids toll. Auch die Außendusche ist superpraktisch. Francesca hat uns freundlicherweise einen Sonnenschirm und Sandsachen geliehen und wenn sonst was war, hat sie sich gleich gekümmert. Als wir ankamen, stand auch eine Kühlbox bereit und die Akkus lagen schon im Gefrierfach bereit, das hat meinen Mann sehr begeistert ;-) Wir waren Mitte September für 2 Wochen dort und es war (sobald die alte Klimaanlage nciht lief) soooo ruhig - herrlich. Die Pizzeria (100m entfernt) war sehr lecker, hat aber leider und hat zum 15.9. geschlossen. Der Einkaufsmarkt (eher teuer, aber für die Brötchen und den Aufschnitt okay) hatte nicht geplant, über Winter zu schließen. Der Strand in Laufweite war klasse und für unsere Kinder (3 und 5 Jahre) perfekt, man findet weite Bereiche ohne Steine, die lange flach bleiben. Wir haben noch nie so klares und sauberes Wasser gesehen und haben es genossen, dass kaum Leute da waren (man lag ca 50 -100 m außeinander, wo bitte gebts denn sowas??? "Traumstrände" (Maimoni, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi) sind in 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die sind schön, aber da ist dann schon eher was los. Alles in allem: wer ein Auto hat und viel Ruhe sucht: perfekt!

Tres jolie location

Tres bel emplacement pour ce joli appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer. En raison des horaires de vol nous sommes arrivés vers 1h30 du matin et les propriétaires nous ont attendu pour la remise des clés en pleine nuit. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et de très bon conseil. La presqu'île est calme et la plage d'Israël arustas a 15 minutes est une merveille. Tres bon sejour

Ravissante maison avec deux terrasses dont l'une avec vue sur la mer, l'autre paisible et fleurie

Nichée dans une région sauvage et authentique, la maison a été pour nous un véritable havre de paix. La vue et le calme ont permis de nous ressourcer. Idéalement située, cette location nous a permis d'aller à la plage à pied certains jours, ou d'accéder en un quart d'heure à d'autres très belles plages comme Is Arutas avec son magnifique sable blanc, ou encore celle de Naï Manomi restée sauvage. Le village de San Salvatore, très typique ainsi que le site archéologique de Tharros et son musée sont à seulement quelques kilomètres, ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons également passé une journée sur l'ile di mal di ventre, dont les paysages sont grandioses et désertiques. Pour cela il suffit de se rendre à Pudzu Idu afin de prendre le bateau. Funtana Maiga, est synonyme dolce vita, tout y est serein et reposant. L'accueil de Francesca est très chaleureux, nous avons eu plaisir à discuter avec elle, ces moments partagés, sincères et spontanés nous ont fait chaud au coeur. Nous sommes rentrés chez nous avec de merveilleux souvenirs. Murielle Vignal

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage, bei sehr netten Vermietern!

Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit bereit uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Francesca hat uns Tipps zum Essen und für Ausflüge gegeben, hat uns die Mülltrennung erklärt und uns einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand geliehen. Die Wohnung hatte für uns (2 Erw. 3 Kinder) ausreichend Platz, die zu drei Seiten umlaufende Terrasse war super. Die Kinder haben sich über die zwei Schildkröten gefreut, welche im hinteren Bereich der Terrasse im Garten leben. Das Grillen mit dem neu installierten Barbecue mit Meerblick hat uns sehr gefallen. Parkplätze gab es in der Nähe des Hauses immer. Der Strand war sehr schön, wenn man es etwas ruhiger wollte, hat man immer eine kleine Bucht gefunden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen. Die Außendusche war sehr gut, da mann nicht immer den Sand mit ins Haus trägt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Nettes Ferienappartment mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Daumen hoch für die Klimaanlage (war super, da die Temperaturen im Juli recht hoch waren). Hübsche üppige begrünte Terrasse mit Aussendusche. Herzliche und kontaktfreudige Vermieterin.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung für die ganze Familie direkt am Meer

Wir hatten in dem kleinen Örtchen Funtana Meiga bei unserer Gastgeberin Francesca einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub. Mitte Mai ist es in der Gegend sehr ruhig und wenig touristisch. So war das Abschalten vom Alltag kein Problem. Im nur ein paar Kilometer entfernten Städtchen Cabras gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, in denen man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und die großzügige Terrasse hat uns schöne Stunden beschert. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung wert.

Nice appartement in funtana Meiga

The green appartement is located nicely, just separated by a road from the sea and you can see the sea from the veranda. The green appartement is located adjacent to the house of the owners, which includes another holiday appartement (the friendly owners let two holiday appartements and the fotos on the website show a mix of both appartements. So if you want to make clear which fotos belong to which appartement you should ask them in advance). Our host Francesca and Paulo were staying at their house during their stay. They were very helpful and provided us with many informations about the area and the sardinian culture (and food!). Funtana Meiga itself is a small, quiet holiday settlement (we visited in the off-season). The beaches and the landscape in the area are very nice and varied.

Bellissimo

We stayed nearly 4 weeks at Funtana Meiga which is quiet little village located on the Sinis island. The Sinis island has a lot of beautiful beaches and cultural sites. As regards to the apartment: It was very clean and well equipped. If something was missing Francesca would not hesitate to provide it. She really cares for her guests. One evening she made delicious seadas. And Paolo arranged in no time an appointment at a cantina nearby we wanted to visit and to buy wine. Both are lovely persons! Absolutely recommendable!

blitzsaubere, gepflegte Ferienwohnung am Meer

Die sehr freundlichen, liebenswürdigen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter empfingen uns auch noch zu später Stunde sehr herzlich in ihrer blitzsauberen, ordentlichen Ferienwohnung und dem liebevoll gepflegten Garten mit Meerblick!! Auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren Francesca und Paolo immer zu einem Gespräch bereit und gaben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und Veranstaltungen. Alles in allem verbrachten wir eine äußerst entspannten und erholsamen Familienurlaub!! Unglaublich schön!
