The wooden kitchen combines modern and Savoyard style. It consists of a dishwasher, an extractor hood, three gas burners and an electric, and contains all the equipment necessary for the design of good small dishes.

un peu plus chaleureux et ce serait parfait

Les propriétaires gagneraient à être plus chaleureux. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que cet objectif soit atteints: prendre du temps avec leurs locataires-bien qu'ils soient pris par bien d'autres tâches par ailleurs- pour se présenter et demander au moins une ou deux fois si tout va bien. (nous avions prévus de leur offrir l'apéritif mais le contexte ne l'a pas permis) De notre côté, nous nous sommes attachés à une gestion rigoureuse de l'eau et de l'énergie pour limiter la charge pour notre propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans ce gite fonctionnel , spacieux et agréable au cœur du village. Le gite est proche de toutes les commodités et des activités. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir profiter du charme de Bonneval-sur-Arc et de ce gite.

Excellente semaine dans ce chalet ! Très spacieux, douillet, confortable et bien équipé. (également très bonne literie). On s'y sent très bien et surtout chacun peut avoir son intimité. Important quand on est nombreux. Et ce si joli petit village ! Idéal pour les familles avec enfants et petits enfants. (crèche, club piou-piou, belles pistes de luge et ski). Les commerçants sont à proximité et sont très sympathiques. Et merci à Mr Konareff pour sa gentillesse.

Comme à la maison !

Passer une semaine à la Datcha, c’est comme passer une semaine dans votre maison de vacances, on s’y sent très très bien ! Les prestations sont hauts de gamme et le chalet est dans un état irréprochable, on a l’impression qu’il est neuf (alors qu’il a 7 ans) Nous avons apprécié sa grande pièce à vivre, la grande cuisine, la cheminée et la grande entrée, qui permet d’habiller tout le monde et de laisser toutes ses affaires « ski » en dehors du chalet. La disposition des pièces permet également à chacun d’avoir son propre espace (les enfants aussi) ce qui contribue à avoir des vacances reposantes, où chacun peut avoir son intimité (choses que l’on n’en peut pas retrouver dans les appartements de 60m^2) Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée et les propriétaires sont à votre disposition. Ils habitent au dessus mais leurs discrétions et leurs disponibilités font qu’on se sent vraiment chez soi. En terme de localisation, vous êtes à 100m de la piste débutant (et club piou piou) et de la grande piste de luge dédiée. En revanche, pour accéder au télésiège (et donc au domaine skiable), vous devrez prendre la navette qui se trouve à 100m également. Le trajet dure 2min. Vous également vous y rendre à pied, comptez 10min mais cela se fait très bien. Le domaine skiable n’est pas très grand (nous sommes des grands bien skieurs mais la qualite des pistes est indéniable et si vous partez avec des enfants qui débutent le ski c’est très bien. En conclusion, nous avons adoré cette appartement, c’est le meilleur que nous ayons eu depuis que nous partons au ski (6 ans) et de loin ! Nous espérons y revenir dans les années à venir. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!
