This centrally located apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of private house only few minutes’ walk from the main promenade, restaurants, bars, beaches, bus stop, fresh food market etc.

Further is a mini kitchen with stove tops, microwave and big fridge, joined with lounge area with 2 sofa beds, a bar table and chairs and a sat TV. A master bedroom consists of a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and air condition unit. Both; the living area and the bedroom have the terrace access, which is the main part of the apartment.
