Ayia Triada View - Private Pool Retreat

L.A. Mer Homes is proud to present this modern 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located in Ayia Triada, a suburb of Protaras. The villa is just a 5-minute walk to the beach of Ayia Triada and all amenities are just a few minutes' walk.



Outside the villa offers a private swimming pool, with good space for the sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals.



The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers comfortable seating with a large corner sofa, coffee table, blinds throughout, a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, a good size dining area seats up to 8 persons, access to the garden via the patio doors with nice sea views which lead out onto a large patio with access to the pool area via a staircase.



A double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with access to a family shower room.



Leading upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms. A large spacious en-suite master bedroom with beautiful sea views and a private terrace balcony to relax with fabulous sea views and overlooking the pool, air-conditioning, and window blinds throughout.



The two further bedrooms consist of one double bed and the other with 3 single beds which both have use of a family shower room. Air-conditioning and window blinds throughout.



Overall Ayia Triada View is a well-located holiday home ideal for families or groups.

Great Family Holiday

The property was lovely, spacious and well equipped. Situated on a bus route so able to get to other towns easily. The property is just a 5 min walk from Trinity Beach which is a quite beach so nice if you want to relax. Then it’s just a 5 minute walk the other way to a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. So every thing you need is on the doorstep. We did feel that there were a couple of bits of the property that need a little tlc but nothing major. Would definitely visit again

House in a good location

We really liked the location of the house. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the sea was just great. The house is in a quiet area and you can easily walk to the beach or to the various restaurants. The support provided by La Mer Homes during the booking process was very good. Questions were answered very quickly via the chat. During our stay we had a technical problem which was resolved very promptly. We preferred to have had a short personal contact with a member of staff after our arrival. The laminate in the master bedroom is slightly damaged - probably splashed from the bathroom, which is far too small (two of the three bathrooms are, unfortunately, very small). Throughout the house the window blinds are stained (probably from renovation work) which looks very unattractive and certain chrome parts are slightly tarnished (sooner or later, something had to be done on it)

Pluspunten: Ruim huis, prima airconditioning, goede bedden, heerlijk ruim en schoon zwembad, comfortabel terrasmeubilair, zeer ruime keukenuitrusting. De restaurants en het strand zijn op loopafstand. De supermarkt is op 1,5 km, dus ook mooi dichtbij.Minpunten: Het huis (vooral het meubilair) is sterk verouderd. Kastjes vallen bijna uit elkaar, rolgordijnen zitten vol verfvlekken. In de oven zat nog patat van de vorige gast. Er loopt een zeer drukke weg voor het huis langs, waar hard wordt gereden, dag en nacht. De pluspunten wogen uiteindelijk wel op tegen de minpunten. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

We stayed here middle of March, villa is close to lovely beach with a nice coastal walk. There is a Lidl close by or our preferred supermarket was a Metro. The pool area is a suntrap and is well set up. Lots of space inside and out. The rooms are large and the ground floor is well set up, big well equipped kitchen. The sofa's are ideal for a siesta. Easy drive to Ayia napa or protraras. Over all lovely villa. None
