The flat is located in a “golden triangle”, at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés’ Church, Saint-Supice’ Church and the Bon Marché. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standing apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with concierge . Beautiful property. Great location. Easy check in. Shower was wonderful!! 2 adults stayed which was perfect. However I would not stay with kids, loud talkers or people who walk heavily. We whispered in the apt as we were trying to be respectful of the neighbors

This flat is located in a great neighborhood in the 6th arrondissement near restaurants (2 located across the street) and a Paris metro stop. Many sites are within walking distance. We appreciated having a kitchen and high-end laundry facilities and comfortable beds. Appreciated also the welcome gift from the host.

Fabulous flat, extremely centrally located, on a busy street but the apartment is set back so you hear absolutely no street noise. Apartment had everything we could have wanted for a fantastic week in Paris.

Perfect home base for a Paris getaway

The apartment is quite sizeable and comfortable with two generous bedrooms, a separate bathroom with a shower and bathroom with a toilet. Expansive storage, a nicely stocked kitchen, and comfortable dining and sitting areas. A great end-to-end experience.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. Close to the Metro to get anywhere and Monoprix / Le Grande Epiceride nearby. Comfortable beds and pillows (I’m 6’5”) and a much larger space than expected. Quiet too despite being right in the City bustle. Floors were quite creaky. The older neighbors below us complained that we were walking around too much. We were trying to be as respectful as possible, but like…maybe don’t live on the first floor of an old building in the city? Anyway, loved our time in Paris!

Au Couer de St Germain

Lovely 2 BR apartment with elevator. Quiet courtyard view. Well equipped. Wonderful welcome with assistance with luggage and a bottle of champagne. Great location for walking and exploring. Metro stop across the street. One block from St. Sulpice. High end neighborhood.

Beautiful Apartment in a great neighborhood!

The large apartment was just as described. My wife, two teenage daughters and I were very comfortable. The chilled bottle of champagne on arrival was a very nice welcome. We walked to shops and cafes nearby. We loved having a grocery store across the street.

Weekend Family Getaway

Beautiful Stay in Saint Germain

We just returned from a lovely week in Paris! Communication was great leading up to our stay. We were greeted upon a arrival and given a quick orientation of the apartment. Everything was exactly as pictured, perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we possibly needed. The location was great, withing walking distance of tons of shopping and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend to friends and family and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Frederic!

Perfect stay in st Germain

Well located near transportation, clean and well equipped. Our host was exceptional and the location was perfect for 4 of us sharing Paris with friends. Easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens, shopping, the river front, museums. Possible to walk to Eiffel tower but we took a taxi since it was raining.

Perfect Paris apartment

Having stayed at various locations in Paris, this was our favourite. 6th arr. has it all. Great restaurants & cafes. Shopping from designer to high street. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Frederic was a great host. We were met promptly and shown around the 2nd floor apartment. Very Parisian and highly recommended!

Great apartment in a central location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms had blackout curtains which made for great sleeping and I appreciated all of the extras that were left for us (bottled water in the fridge, soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc). As previously mentioned, Cafe Cassette (across the street) had great food and there was a small grocery store across the street as well as 2 bakeries within a few blocks. There are stores/shops all around and the #4 metro is only 1 block away (St Sulpice stop). We mostly walked everywhere (the Seine River was an easy 10 minute walk away) but used the metro for further attractions like Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. I would highly recommend this apartment.
