Historic neighborhood, Georgian architecture, proximity to downtown and NCSU, beautiful furnishings, pro-style kitchen, hardwood floors, downstairs master suite, spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms make this home one of a kind. This home is great for families who have an event in Raleigh or want to have an extended visit this part of NC. The location is ideal and there is nothing left out of the home furnishings.

There is a separate basement apartment that has a tenant. The basement apartment has no access to the main house. Tenant uses the driveway in the rear of the home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUIET HOURS: Observe quite hours after between 10pm and 8am.
NO LOUD MUSIC: This is a residential neighborhood and there is a tenant in the basement apartment. No loud music please.
Do not park in the driveway or block the driveway. The driveway is reserved for our basement apartment tenant.

They are now serving as the pastors of a local church. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, hiking, reading, and traveling.
