In a Provencal villa, 100m² accommodation, large fitted kitchen, large living room, bathroom with Italian shower, two bedrooms.
The living rooms of the house being on the first floor, the accommodation also has a balcony of 9 m2 exposed (south / east), very pleasant, in addition to the terrace of 25 m2 semi-shaded with gas barbecue.
The house is located at the intersection of the towns of Castelet, beausset and signs, at an altitude of 450m enjoying cooler nights which makes the house cool despite its lack of air conditioning.
The garden has an area of one hectare with a 7M / 3 swimming pool. 5M, deckchairs, parasols, swing, hut, slide, trampoline, pétanque track.
Large private and secure parking.
The entire property is fenced with access to an electric gate and code keypad.
As an owner, we occupy this house only for our holidays and in a new part that we do not distinguish on the photos and which is not rented, only the swimming pool would be to share with ourselves, in case our vacation would coincide with yours.
Our animal friends are allowed.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Endroit calme quand il n’y a pas d événement au circuit du Castelet qui se trouve a proximité de l hébergement. Grande propriété, air de jeux, piscineMaison très agréable avec balcon.Il faut descendre d un étage pour se rendre à la piscine et sur la terrasse.Comptez 10,15 min en voiture pour accéder aux petits commerces.Les hôtes sont réactifs et sympathiques.Élodie

Super séjour pour nos 2 semaines de vacances. Tout est parfait, super communication que se soit avant, pendant et après. Pour les mordus de sport auto, le circuit du castellet juste à côté ne vous laissera pas indifférent. Le propriétaire ne vous laisse jamais sans réponse et vous donne de bonnes adresses. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu et repartirai de la bas reposer.

Schöne Wohnung & Grundstück, leider sehr laut

Wohnung, Pool und Grundstück sind sehr schön und gross. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Nachbarin empfängt die Gäste freundlich. Gute Lage, Ausflüge nach St. Tropez, Monaco und Avignon bieten sich an. Leider war es jedoch fast jeden Tag sehr laut von der Rennstrecke her, denn auch an Tagen, an denen kein Rennen stattfindet, wird die Strecke vermietet und jemand trainiert, übt und es wird immer gefahren. Auch auf den umliegenden Strassen fahren ständig Motorräder, da die schöne Lage und Kurven zum Rasen einlädt. Den Lärm empfanden wir als sehr störend. Zum anderen hatten wir 1 Woche wunderbar heisses trockenes Wetter mit jeden Tag fast 40 Grad. Vielleicht war das der Grund für die sehr aggressiven Mücken und Bremsen, die vor allem um den Pool herum sind. Wir sind komplett zerstochen worden. Bei solchen Temperaturen wird auch die Wohnung sehr warm und drückend, selbst wenn man alles verdunkelt und nachts lüftet. Ventilatoren oder Klimaanlage wäre klasse gewesen.

Séjour très agréable belle propriété

Nous recommandons cette villa pour passer un bon moment en famille ou avec des amis. Le seul point à faire attention je dirais c’est qu’il y a pas mal de bruit due à la route juste à côté puis voisinage qui peut aussi faire la fete donc tout dépend si on est chanceux ou pas, le bruit n’est pas forcément gênant quand on est au courant comme pour nous mais ce n’est ps forcément le meilleur endroit pour relaxation total ou être isoler et passer des vacances au calme donc je pense qu’il est plus adapté pour 4 personnes ou pour passer un moment en famille.
