The Loubatère, a traditional house with modern comfort

We have restored and rented an independent and traditional country house in order to respect its Armagnac character and we have added the modern comfort desirable for a rental. Wooden floors, terracotta tiles, traditional coatings have been preserved and give a discreet charm to the house. The rooms are spacious and have a terrace not overlooked.
This rental includes a round above ground pool. She can swim under good conditions and is ideal for easy supervision of children, preventing access them if necessary, by removing the ladder steps.
This cottage is 3 kilometers from Eauze, a quiet town of 4,000 inhabitants. There are all the usual shops, a Sunday morning market in summer and every Thursday a market well supplied with quality local products, offering a wide range of fresh products and reasoned or organic farming. There is also local care, and three supermarkets.
The vine is the dominant crop, the fruit trees, the groves draw a landscape bocage and green all the summer. Many ponds implanted for a long time make life a specific wildlife, such as terrapins turtles, herons and many other species.
Multiple trails, a network of paths connecting well restored villages nestled in valleys or perched proudly on the heights, you can discover at a bend real small wonders.

Space: This house is traditional. It is an old Armagnac farm, so all the rooms have the same area, about 16 m2 each. It can accommodate 4-5 people in 3 separate bedrooms including a ground floor, a living room and kitchen allow everyone to find its place without disturbing.
Not overlooked. The small round pool terrace background allows to enjoy nature. The private area of ​​4000 m2 opens on balanced nature that we can retain the charm.
The discreet owners live in a completely independent house facing south, the facades and access are independent.
The kitchen of 14 m2 overlooking the tiled terrace Lot stone. It is equipped with a plancha or a charcoal barbecue. One can take meals and hang out on the terrace, whatever the weather.

Comfort: Bedding is good, changed there shortly. A family has 2 beds for 2 people and 2 single beds. We can provide a small cot, a chair and a baby bath.
The hot water is supplied by a continuous flow cumulus. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub.
Parking is on a large private shaded parking and then clean his car in the garage and has a large storage room that doubles as a laundry room.
The kitchen is well equipped with recent equipment (robots, ...)

Area: Eauze is a small provincial town 3 km with July and August holidays (fiestas, BD festival, exhibitions), its markets, its amenities, its quality shopping, recreation.
A 3 km there is a 18 hole golf course at a reasonable price, well maintained and is not bothered by the precipitation of nearby golf courses of large cities.
In the surrounding towns and throughout the summer a large number of events for children, adults and they allow to have fun with family without moving too much.
A ten kilometers there are various water bodies well equipped for the enjoyment of young people.
