Recently renovated apartment composed of entrance, large living room, small kitchen overlooking the living room, double bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining with lake view. Wonderful terrace with solarium at the foot of the large wheel of the early 1900s. Closed garage / parking space. 4 bicycles available.
150 meters from the lake shore, 2 km from the center of Iseo, easily reached by bicycle on the cycle path in 5 minutes.

Relaxing stay at the Iseo lake.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and everything present that needs to be to have a pleasant stay. Great views and the garden is a plus. Also very positive was the garage, so the car could be parked outside of the sun. Your welcome was also very nice, thank you for the extensive tour through the appartment and the building. Very small issues were the (laxck of) speed of the wifi, the size of the shower and we did not find a drying rack, but we solved that one with some clothing hangers. :-) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment, we will definitely recommend it.

Magnifique appartement dans un environnement superbe

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et rien ne manque. Tout est vraiment parfait. L'accueil de Vincenzo est vraiment satisfaisant également. L'environnement de l'appartement est lui aussi très bien. Un voisinage adorable et très calme. Le lac d'Iseo est une belle surprise et n'a rien à envier à ses concurrents alentours.

Sommerurlaub 14 Tage in Iseo

Es war ein wunderbarer ,erholsamer Urlaub. Der Empfang von Vincenzo und seiner Frau war sehr herzlich, auch die Komunikation miteinander war prima.Die Ferienwohnung lies keine Wünsche offen und ist Topp ausgestattet, auch die Lage und das tolle Grundstück sind einmalig. Ebenso positiv ist zu erwähnen ,dass man sein Auto direkt am Haus in eine Garage stellen kann. Alles in allem ein Urlaub mit wiederholungspotenzial. Apartment mit fantastischem Seeblick!

Ganz toller Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und liegt oberhalb des Iseo-Sees. Wenn man morgens aufsteht und auf den See blickt, ist die Welt einfach in Ordnung. Wir haben einige schöne Abende auf der Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang und leckerem Essen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Vincenzo war sehr nett und bei Fragen hat er immer schnell reagiert. Die Stadt und den Einkaufsmarkt kann man bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Am See zum Baden ist man mit dem Fahrrad auch in etwa zehn Minuten. Wir würden dieses Apartment immer wieder buchen. Einfach wunderbar! Danke Vincenzo und Patrizia!

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Lago d'Iseo

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und dabei gemütlich eingerichtet, die Terasse und der Garten bieten verschiedene Sitz- und Liegeplätze.

Sauber & modern / Zentral gelegen - alles perfekt

Saubere Wohnung mit kompletter Infrastruktur (es hat wirklich alles) Gemütliches Gartenplätzchen zum Verweilen Traumhafte Aussicht über den See Idealer, überdeckter Parkplatz Bisschen ausserhalb des Dörfchens, jedoch zu Fuss (oder noch besser per Fahrrad) schnell erreichbar Herzlicher und perönlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit, schnell und tip top! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Terrasse mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Sie ist vollständig eingerichtet und super sauber. Toll sind die beiden Terrassen, die eine mit herrlichem Seeblick und die andere zum Sonnen. Die Lage ist gut, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in das Zentrum bzw. zur Seepromenade von Iseo sowie in die andere Richtung nach Pilzone. Wir kommen wieder!

Großzügiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Freundliche Vermieter, gute Kommunikation. Schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter und umfassender, wertiger Ausstattung (besonders in der Küche) und sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Viel Platz auch im Freien. An einem großen Tisch auf der oberen Terrasse können wahrscheinlich sechs oder mehr Personen zusammen sitzen. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Auf der unteren, von Hecken und Olivenbaum eingefassten Terrasse gibt es Korbstühle und ein Tischchen sowie zwei Liegestühle, zum Faulenzen. Das Appartment liegt am Rande der Stadt Iseo. Zu Fuß ist man in maximal 20 Minuten im abends belebten Zentrum. In der Nähe des Appartments verläuft eine Straße, die man auch nachts deutlich hört. Wir fühlten uns gelegentlich vom Straßenlärm gestört. Zum Appartment gehören vier Fahrräder, die leider nichts taugen. Das größte Fahrrad ist nur für eine Körpergröße von etwa 170 cm geeignet. Beim Damenfahrrad brach das Pedal nach zwei Kilometern. Der Sattel ließ sich nicht gut verstellen. Wir haben uns daher bei einem Fahrradverleih bessere Fahrräder ausgeliehen (100€/drei Tage.) Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Berge reichen bis zum See herunter. Trotzdem kann man dem See ganz gut auf dem Fahrrad umrunden und sich die kleinen Ortschaften anschauen. Man kann solche Touren fast überall abbrechen und sich mit der Fähre zurückbringen lassen. Man kann auch sehr schön wandern und die kleinen, verteilten Badebuchten zum Sonnen und Baden verwenden. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Relaxing and spacious apartment a short ride into Iseo

The apartment has a large and comfortable living area for a holiday, plenty of wardrobe space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden is nice for relaxing, though you can't see the lake from the decking. It's a 5/10 min bike ride to Iseo along good safe cycle lanes, or a 20/25 min walk. The bikes provided are ok for short trips, great to have them available. Vincenzo was very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Iseo, the lake and surrounding area are absolutely wonderful, we had a lovely holiday here.

Pleasant stay spoilt by additional costs

Nice, well equipped apartment. Host was very accommodating when we needed to change dates. But we were charged a lot of additional euros for cleaning when the cost of cleaning was included in the rental (and we cleaned the apartment before we left). Bikes were handy but no tools to fix seat height and slow puncture (not caused by us). We spent a couple of days finding somewhere to fix these before we we got the benefit of using the bikes.

Nice flat with good inventory and lake view

This is a really nice apartment in Italian ambience. Good kitchen equipment and a beautiful terrace. looking through the historic water wheel you have a good view over the lake. The apartment is located at the edge of the village, but you can reach the centre of Iseo by bicycle in a few minutes. Due to the elevated location, the traffic of the coastal road is bearable. We enjoyed the location very much.

Familienurlaub

Nachdem wir die überaus freundliche Schlüsselübergabe hatten, hat unser Urlaub auch direkt begonnen. Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen. Vincenzo war für uns erreichbar und hat uns auch ein kleineres Fahrrad für unseren 11 Jahre alten Sohn besorgt! Hierfür noch einmal ganz lieben Dank! Wir haben sehr viel mit den vorhandenen Rädern unternommen. Das Appartement ist sauber, wirklich gut ausgestattet und hat eine wirklich schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Auch ist die Lage der Wohnung am Ortsrand von Iseo sehr gut. Iseo ist Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen! Wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen!

Situated above lake Iseo with beautiful views of the lake, The Wheel is a comfortable appartment with plenty of outside space to relax. It has it's own parking and the use of 4 bicycles which is ideal for visiting nearby Iseo. The owners are very hospitable and we really enjoyed our stay!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Terasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Lago d´Iseo. Von 4 Fahrrädern waren nur 3 tatsächlich fahrtüchtig (1 x Reifenplatt, 1 x Pedale locker). Das Datenvolumen des W-Lan war sehr schnell verbraucht und sollte für Besuche mit Jugendlichen deutlich aufgestockt werden.

Very well equipped apartment close to Iseo

We received a very warm welcome from Vincenzo & Patrizia. Their apartment has wonderful views out over the lake. It is bright, very well equipped and spacious with its own private patio and decking area and 4 bikes at our disposal. Having private car parking was a real advantage for us. Iseo and the area around is stunningly beautiful and less frantic than the other lakes in the area.
