Relax on our large balcony directly on the ocean and enjoy your time on the Emerald Coast. Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country!

Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, newly painted, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenities you could dream of for your time on the coast. ! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new queen Cozy Mattress® Sleeper Sofa, and two built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Plenty of room for 6 people!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment!

From your spacious 17th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools--one zero entry/splash kids zone. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of beach activities in the sun, grill some delicious seafood and steaks on one of the many free gas grills just a few steps from your balcony. You can also unwind in the beachfront hot tub while the kids enjoy pizza or fun in the resort arcade. New EV Charging stations and Pickleball courts.

Great view! Beach was beautiful! Location was ok, you definitely need a car to get to any restaurants or anywhere. The café and the tiki bar at the resort had good food good drinks. The only downfall is they’re not open very late.

My family of 5 loved our stay in Destin. The Pelican Beach Resort had everything we needed. We loved our view from the balcony. We were able to watch the dolphins everyday. We swam, walked on the beach, went to a waterpark, did a few excursions, shopped and fished. My only suggestion would be a little more storage for clothes and toiletries for the guests sleeping on the bunks and pull out couch. We made due with putting everything in the master. Overall it was an amazing vacation!

Between the pools and easy beach access we had plenty to do. We brought our 8 year old and she enjoyed the 3 pools as well as the hot tubs. Also, the unit is located right by the elevator which we enjoyed as well.

Perfect Family Rental

This condo was perfect for our family's needs! The bunkbeds were perfect for our two teenagers (heights being 5'4" and 5'8"). Bunkbeds are near the master bedroom, but not too close.
