Nice apartment and clean with easy check-in, however walls are thin with lots of noise from the stairwell and people above us.

Overall, this property met our expectation with some minor caveats. It was clean, as described, and Singular Stays was communicative. Unfortunately, the couches are in need of replacement, as the seating slats were broken, and multiple members of our group fell down into the couch. The person who slept on sofa bed was quite uncomfortable due to the wear and tear of the couch. With some minor repairs (paint, fixed floor tiles, and new couches), this property would be perfect!

First of all, there were no clear communication about how to officially find the house. We had to take a very long difficult route with our luggage and ended up breaking some of the wheels on our luggage when the host could have efficiently told us I’m much easier shortcut to get to the house. Secondly, there’s no warm water in the shower so we had to bathe with cold water also one of the doors in the bedrooms was broken so we could not close it and bugs were coming in overnight and there were not enough bedding for all six of us. We called the night we got there. I had to talk to a third-party operator for Hours and ultimately nothing was fixed or addressed would not recommend this place.
