Refurbished cottage directly by the sea

The cottage is located by the sea as the nearest neighbor. A short walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
A well-appointed cottage of 61 sqm. Well equipped with newly renovated toilet including shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher from Miele, Mocca Master coffee maker, stove, fridge and half freezer.

A family of two adults and two children is perfect. There is also the possibility to embed a sofa bed in the living room.

All rooms have sea views. In the living room a wonderful cast iron stove.
Bedrooms contain a king size bed and wardrobe. The guest room at the other end of the cottage includes a bunk bed with a bed length of 190 cm.

Morning coffee can be enjoyed right after the morning in the sea either down the bridge or up on the lawn in the outdoor furniture that looks straight into the western sea.
The property is privately owned in an elevated position, including stunning scenery.

The parking lot is adjacent to the road about 400 meters from the house you come via the beach. A fantastic nice walk. Shovel trailer is available for transporting luggage. Wifi.

The busiest bus stop is Gullberg.
Approximately 1 km to Hemköp and central Ellös where there is a restaurant, pizzeria, fish shop and bakery.

Orust Golf Club is 5 km from the cottage

Auch wenn die Ausstattung nicht top modern ist, hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Besonders gut: die Matratze. Der Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage, die Ruhe und die Aussicht sind super. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge

Die wunderschöne Landschaft direkt am Meer und die tollen Ausflügsmöglichkeiten in die benachbarten Gebiete sind phantastisch. Das dunkle Holzhaus liegt abgelegen und ist anfangs nicht leicht zu finden. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist ungünstig, weil man das Gepäck 400 m durch die Landschaft mit einer Schubkarre bewegen muss und der Weg des Transortes beschwerlich ist und bei Regen matschig. Die einfache Ausstattung ist für zwei Erwachsene ausreichend und muss man mögen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit.

Rückzugsort in traumhafter Lage

Die etwas erhobene, ausblickgebende Alleinlage an einer kleinen Meeresbucht ist außergewöhnlich schön, ganz wie die Bilder es zeigen. Es ist ein Genuss, auf der Veranda zu sitzen, mit oder ohne Wolldecke, ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach nur übers Wasser zu schauen. Einige Seevögel sind auch immer zu entdecken, Es ist eine ältere, privat genutzte Hütte, sehr authentisch, die Einrichtung wirkt so, als sei jedes Stück gelegentlich hinzuerworben. Für uns war das kein Nachteil, aber man darf kein hochmodernes Interieur erwarten. Andererseits, alle wirklich wichtigen Dinge wie Toilette, warmes Wasser, Heizung, Strom und Internet funktionieren tadellos. Der Weg zur Hütte ist etwas weit und mühsam, zumal mit Gepäck, auch wenn eine Schubkarre zur Verfügung steht. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war der nächtliche Besuch zweier Elche, Ich habe Geräusche gehört und gedacht, da bricht jemand in den Geräteschuppen ein, und als ich nachschaue, stehen da diese gigantischen Tiere, vielleicht angelockt von den Äpfeln. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Entspannung in malerischer und ruhiger Umgebung

Wir verlebten einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Landschaft. Das Häuschen liegt etwas abseits, die direkte Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Baden ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Traumhafte Woche

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Sommerhaus. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sehr schön. Schauen, Genießen, Schwimmen, Genießen, Schauen, Genießen, gut essen und gut schlafen. Vielleicht Angel, vielleicht Boot fahren, vielleicht Wandern. Alles ist möglich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen entspannten oder aktiven Urlaub notwendig ist. Die Begrüßung und die Erreichbarkeit von Jens waren sehr gut. Wir haben sehr kuzrfistig gebucht. Der Sonnenuntergang war magisch. Das Haus ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen und der Zugang ist etwas steil. Dafür hat man den besten Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße Nadia und Harald

Gezellig huis met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Wel een stukje lopen vanaf de parkeerplaats, hetgeen echter absoluut de moeite waard is.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, immer wieder gern

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Häuschen (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist noch besser als auf den Bilder zu erahnen. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt, dass Haus ist auch ein guter Startpunkt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen (z. B. Gullholmen). Mit Jens hatten wir auch immer einen netten Ansprechpartner, der stets unsere Fragen schnell und nett beantwortet hat. 5* plus

Vi hade det fantastiskt!

Stugan låg vackert ovanför havet och vi satt flera kvällar och njöt av utsikten. Kvällsdopp och krabbfiske vid bryggorna och dagar på den fina lilla badplatsen i Ellös. Stugan är mysig och perfekt för en familj med två barn. Jens och hans familj är kanonvärdar och oerhört gästfria och snabba att svara på frågor. Vi hade gärna stannat längre och kommer gärna tillbaka.
