Ocho Rios Luxury 1 Bed Modern Appartment With Wifi/Pool/AC
DONT DELAY Book now. Fantastic 1 bed self contained apartment, which I have fully refurbished to English/American standards. My apartment is located close to Ocho Rios with vibrant restaurants bars and clubs close by. White River beach minutes away or just relex by the pool with a cool red stripe. It has Air conditioning, led mood lighting and a luxuary bathroom, Towles and plenty of bedding are provided. and a car is avaliable to hire at a very reasonable cost. Fancy dining in? Cook and prepare meals as if your home in the fully equipet kitchen with a main supermarket 5 minutes walk away for all your essentials.

Secure, cosy, convenient, simple, clean and all round lovely place. I'd like to thank Jerome and all points of contact at the apt. for being so friendly and helpful when needed. Anytime I contacted Jerome he responded very quickly. (Even tho he wasn't in Jamaica) We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the apartment was booked out for the extra days. We would stay at Jeromes apartment again. :) Thank you for having us. x"

"Jerome's place was pretty much perfect for what I needed. It is accurately described in the listing and pictures. It is located just outside the town, you can catch a taxi for 1US$/100jmd/60p from the end of the road or the main road a little further down. The complex is quiet, people who live there are friendly. There is a restaurant opposite and Shades nightclub is on the same road if you fancy it ;) (that's also helpful when directing taxi drivers back to the place). I met Elaine and Richardo who are both very friendly and easy to contact if necessary. I would definitely stay here again if Jerome will have us!!"

Why they chose this property
My apartment is ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of ochorios, its a secure and well kept compound, clubs bars and supermarkets close by. However its not that far away from the centre of ocho rios that you cant get there within a few minutes.
In the grounds there is a communal pool, but as many people in the complex live there its hardly used as people work during the week. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to give you tips of where to go and what to do, its like a home from home.. but warmer :)

What makes this property unique
The apartment is as near to western spec as I could get it (i inported most items from the UK inc the floor, bathreoom fitting tiles etc etc), I’ve install US and UK outlets (mains sockets) that have USB so you can charge your phone in a couple of hours instead of it taking all day. I have very good broadband internet with WI-FI (theres even a PC you can use). I have installed a very good power shower (not the usual Jamaican spout that shoots random water jets from the wall). Hot water and air conditioning, led mood lighting, a fully equip kitchen with LED under counter lights. In the living area there is a very comfortable bed settee, and in the bedroom wooden floors with a queen size bed with splits to two twin singles. The walls are plastered and the finish is European not west Indian (i.e. the doors close) It will be a home from home for most travellers.
