The property is part of Niriides complex of residences and is located at the slope of Vourni bay, at a distance of 6 km from the town of Tinos, on an area of 4.000 square meters and at a distance of 60m from the bay beach.
A traditional three levels, 98 m2 residence villa that can sleep up to 6 people, Ideal for families that enjoy swimming and relaxing by the beach.
In the basement there is one bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a big bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a living room where one person can sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom . On the veranda there is a large dining table under the pergola with amazing sea view.
On the upper floor there is a double bed.
A common use stone BBQ and stone oven are available for you to cook your meals.
There is also a beautiful garden around the property.

Finally, aside to the beach there is an amazing restaurant named "Bianco" , where local cuisine is served, as well as coffees, drinks etc
