***4th Floor - This is, IMO, the perfect floor for Majestic. Why? Well, you are high enough up to have a beautiful view, yet low enough that when lying in the bed in the master, you can see the beach, the tide, and the skyline. While there is something to be said for 20th floor views, the downsides to that are that you can't see the actual beach from your room, and you can often get stuck waiting a long time for the elevator. For those of you who haven't been to Majestic, the breezeway to the parking garage is on the 3rd floor. So, being on the 4th, you have the advantages of the views, but without all the traffic that accompanies the 3rd floor occupants. And, if you decide you don't want to wait for an elevator, you can just take the stairs one flight down, and you are at the breezeway level!
***Megatouch Arcade game (set to freeplay mode) on the bartop! This game is TONS of fun for the entire family!
***Oceanfront Patio seating includes dinner table with 6 chairs, and 2 Adirondack style chairs.
***A good selection of DVDs for those fun family movie nights.

PARKING: There will be a new parking pass system effective Jan 1st, 2024. In the past, owners had to purchase parking passes to provide for guests. Well effective now, guests will purchase parking passes directly. These will be registered via the vehicle's license plate. These will be at a cost of $41 per vehicle, paid by the guest. As a side note, I am not happy about this either. When we purchased our unit, parking was free. Then $10, then $20, then $40, and now this. I do not believe this policy makes sense, but, the HOA has determined it's the best way forward. And, unfortunately, more and more buildings are doing it, including most controlled by "The Resort Collection", which is the largest property manager in PCB. I'm sorry. I hope you'll still book my unit.
