Really cool place. Great location. But the best thing is the caretaker, Francois. If you desire, he gives private cooking classes, arranges wine tours and other outings. He also is a talented chef. We arrived early because my husband had had an accident and his would was infected and also he caught a cold. Francois was accommodating of our early arrival. Not only that but he made him a special organic infusion tea and cooked us breakfast including his amazing bread, croissant's and omelettes! We were so grateful. It was clear that no restaurant was going to offer food like his so we ordered breakfast every day and a cooking class for our dinner one evening. Everything was incredible! We ate one night at the ⭐️⭐️ Michelin restaurant and I much preferred his food:). He spoiled my poor husband while the rest of our family enjoyed day trips around the area. I hope to return someday as it was such a fabulous experience. Like actually living a few days as a native ❤️
