Small studio apartment with independent entrance, just completed and with all comforts. Ideal for one or two people. Equipped kitchen, double sofa bed and bathroom with all amenities. Quiet location but within walking distance of shops and services. Thirty minutes from Olbia and 40 from Porto Cervo. Calangianus is famous for festivals ... From fish to meat. Much visited also because the place where cork is produced. Under the feet of Limbara. Strategic point for various excursions and to easily reach all of Sardinia. Independent! Check-in is after 18

Si tratta di un' unica stanza ( circa 12 mt² senza finestre, con un piccolo bagno senza finestra né ventola di aspirazione, lavabo rotto, ). L' acqua corrente è scarsa, alle volte assente e non limpida. Tutte le notti è scattato il salvavita, interrompendo conseguentemente il funzionamento del piccolo frigo. Il divano letto, così come il materasso, sono vecchi e sporchi. La biancheria che ci è stata obtorto collo fornita, era maleodorante. Impensabile l' uso dell' angolo cucina per via degli spazi e della scarsissima attrezzatura. Non è presente l' aria condizionata ed è stato per questo sempre indospensabile dormire la notte con la porta ( rotta per giunta) aperta. Le foto che compaiono sul sito, non corrispondono alla stanza in questione.
