Extremely clean and beautiful space with a very helpful host who arranged transportation for us for the whole visit. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting the beauty of Santorini, but no crowds!

Beautiful and charming villa right on the coast. A short drive to Oia makes it easy to get around and you can see the sunset over the ocean from the terrace pool.

There aren’t even words. Our host John was beyond amazing. Set everything up! Transportation from the airport, had a rental car delivered to us, set up a beautiful catamaran experience. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much, John . I cannot wait to book this place next year.

We really enjoyed this stay. From the moment the host arranged pickup from the airport and was completely understanding of flight delays. He wanted to be sure to be there when we check in to walk us through the whole villa. So amazing, cannot say enough good things about this stay.

This Villa had an amazing view of the ocean. Enjoyed watching the waves from the jacuzzi on the front deck. John was an awesome host and very communicative. He secured transportation and provided very knowledgeable information for the area. Will defiantly come back. The only negative if coming with couple's there is a little lack of privacy as second room is a loft.

Fantastic spot!

Love this beach villa as it was outside of the craziness of the towns and had a gorgeous view over the sea. Clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful island visit.

Amazing location for a romantic stay

Away from all the craziness of Oia yet central to all the places you want to go to. Jacuzzi on the balcony watching the sunset... Can't ask for much more! Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect Private Place in Oia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is quaint and comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and helpful. I especially liked the location being just 1.5 miles from the town of Oia. As lovely as the town is, I much prefer to stay somewhere more private outside of the touristy part. This place is perfect and we hope to come back some day.

Wonderful property, right the beach. It is quiet beach area, but when it is calm it is definitely great for swimming. The property is just a couple of minutes from Oia, so very conveniently located. The property was clean and comfortable. Nice and speciouand has cute small hot tub outside that had a great view of fthe ocean. The property owner/manager is very helpful. The fridge is also stocked with breakfast items, just have to get water, oil, salt and pepper, otherwise everything was supplied. Great stay, definitely would recommend.

Great spot

You can watch both sunrise and sunset. The beach is a short walk and very close to Oia. My only con was there some road noise so we had to keep roadside windows closed, but it really did not affect our enjoyment of the room. The hosts were great!

Private spot, but close enough to all you want to see and do!!

Quiet and private! Location was key to all we wanted to see. Stathis met us at the property and provided key information about the island. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the towns, but not in the town. The goodies / food provided was perfect for breakfast and late night sandwiches!

Mother daughter trip

This place is amazing! The view is breathtaking. Could see beautiful sunrise and sunsets from pool. Cute little beach bar right down the street. Wonderful place outside the city. When we come back to island to visit again which we for sure will I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Host was amazing and helped us get tours and rental car. Highly recommend this place

Perfect Location

Toninio’s assistance was exceptional. His insight into seeing what Santorini has to offer was invaluable. The home is superb, the view spectacular- wake up to a sublime sunrise every morning. Peaceful, quiet all the amenities necessary to thoroughly enjoy and experience Greece. I was taken such good care of I did not want to leave. Highly recommend. Just Spectacular.

Hidden Gem!

A beautiful, cozy and aesthetically pleasing Villa with a breathtaking view of Baxedes beach. Includes breakfast items, snacks and wine! The Villa was very clean with a lot of beautiful decor, plenty of fresh towels and linens provided. Our host, John, was extremely helpful and available at all times. The only drawback is the distance to center, Oia, unless you have a car, take the bus or pay for transportation during your stay. Overall a 5 star experience!
