About this property

Large 5-bedroom air-conditioned house with swimming pool in the Luberon

Holiday house, 170m2, built in 2008 on a plot of 3000m2, with secure 4x11m swimming pool.
Ideally located in the heart of the Luberon, in the countryside, quiet (at the end of a dead end in a residential area) and close to the beautiful listed villages of the Luberon.
Many hikes in the Vaucluse mountains starting from the house.
The rental is from Sunday to Sunday, which avoids traffic jams on the A7 and takes advantage of the Apt market on Saturday.

The ground floor consists of a large living room opening onto a kitchen serving the 2 terraces and a master suite.
Upstairs, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms opening onto the landing, i.e. 8 80x200 beds that can be transformed into a double bed before your arrival.
A cot and high chair are available.
3 independent toilets.
Careful cleaning and beds made for your arrival.
Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) included in the rental, pool towels are to be brought.
Equipment: WIFI access but no television.
Kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, washing machine.
Weber gas barbecue in the garden.
3 road bikes and 2 mountain bikes available in the garage.
Board games, DVDs and books available.

The landscaped garden of 3000m2 contains an 11x4m swimming pool, secured by barriers. The 80m2 paved beach and sunbathing areas will welcome you to enjoy the sun.

Dominique will welcome you on the Sunday of your arrival from
17 hours. On the day of your departure, please vacate the house by 9 am.

Calme et serenitude dans cet endroit exceptionnel...dans une grande maison où on se sent bien, tout y est sans être "chargée". Et pour certifier notre présence, il manque un porte savon dans la salle de bain du RDC

Très bon séjour en famille dans cette spacieuse maison, cuisine très fonctionnelle . La piscine est superbe avec pleins de transats . Un calme absolu le jour et la nuit , le lieu est idéal pour se reposer .Merci à Dominique pour l accueil et sa bienveillance.

Maison confortable et spacieuse, très bien équipée, cuisine ouvert, spacieuse et avec tous les éléments pour cuisiner.Beau jardin ! Emplacement idéal très proche du célèbre village de Roussillon et du sentier des Ocres ainsi que du très beau village de Gordes ! Beaux marchés le jeudi matin à Roussillon ainsi qu'à Apt le samedi matin.

Agréable maison

Deuxième fois que nous louons cette superbe maison en plein coeur du Lubéron ! Encore une tres belle semaine passée en famille. Maison spacieuse et tres bien équipée. Clim très agréable en été. Piscine et jardin magnifique.

Un vrai Havre de Paix!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison aussi bien équipée qu'à la maison! Tout était irréprochable : grand espace de vie, chambres spacieuses, propreté, piscine, terrasse abritée, calme environnant,etc Nous recommandons vivement cette location! De plus, la région est magnifique ! Il y a de très belles balades à faire à moins d'une heure à la ronde....

Vacances en famille

La maison est parfaitement bien équipée, le ménage est soigné. Se situe à 15/20 min de nombreux sites et villages à visiter tout autour. Une semaine en famille (10 personnes) tout le monde a son espace. Grand jardin avec Piscine très bien entretenu !

Globalement tout c’est très bien passé à l’exception de la personne venue pour l’entretien de la piscine et du terrain qui est arrivé plus d’une heure après l’heure prévu ce qui a généré un dépassement de cette intervention jusqu’à plus de 13 heures ce qui as été un moment peu agréable à une heure ou chacun aurait aimé profiter calmement et sereinement de la pose déjeuner

Très bel accueil de Dominique qui nous a attendu avec le sourire malgré notre retard dû à une panne de voiture. La maison est parfaite, très bien située et très au calme. Un très bon cocktail pour passer de merveilleuses vacances !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de Noel dans cette grande maison où rien ne manque . Située non loin du village de Saint Saturnin et de toutes les curiosités touristiques (Gordes Roussillon et le massif du Lubéron ... entre autres )Nous étions 8 personnes et nous ne sommes pas gênés . Une bonne adresse pour des vacances estivales .
