About this property

300 m from the Grande Plage and Super U, 800 from the center of Carnac plage, you can leave your car at the car park.
We have a set of 4 similar houses, composed:
on the ground floor you have an entrance which gives on an independent done up kitchen, a room of water, a toilet and the room with corner living room. Under the stairs, small room with washing machine and maintenance equipment.
upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a corner vanity unit and cupboard or wardrobe, a bedroom with 3 single beds and cupboard or wardrobe.
each of them has an independent entrance, a courtyard with terrace, table chairs, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs.
a parking space is available for each.

Kleines Reihen-Ferienhaus in Carnac

Kleines Reihenhaus mit kleinem Garten nicht weit vom Strand (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Haus hat, was es als Familie oder mit Freunden braucht. Man kann kochen, der Grill funktioniert und es gibt genügend Platz um im Haus oder im Garten gemeinnsam zu essen. Man kann alles (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants etc.) gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Strasse ist nachts etwas laut (bei offenem Fenster) und das Haus etwas alt (mangelnde Steckdosen) obwohl alles funktioniert. Trotzdem sollte renoviert und etwas aufgehübscht werden. Bad und Toilette sind im Erdgeschoss was nachts etwas anstrengend ist, wenn man auf die Toilette will. Keine gravierenden Mängel, wir haben den Urlaub genossen.
