Charming 3 bedroom villa with pool, only 4 minutes walk to the beach

This charming 3 bedroom villa is a short walk away from the amazing Trou aux Biches beach and Mont Choisy beach. It is part of a complex of 4 with a private front garden (includes parking space) and shared back garden & swimming pool (pool area not fenced, children are to be supervised at all times).

Located in Mont Choisy, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, Diving centre & public transport. A short drive north to vibrant Grand Baie and you will find hypermarkets, more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping malls.

All three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, fans. Two bedrooms with wardrobe/drawers for storage. Master bedroom with en-suite (bathroom and toilet).
PLEASE NOTE - Air Condition is only available in 2 bedrooms (Master and bedroom 3).

The living space includes TV/CD-Radio, dining table and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dish washer,refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, mini oven, kettle and complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is the washing machine and ironing equipment.

All bed linen and towels are provided. WIFI available FREE of charge.

Housekeeper services will also be available once a week for stays of 6 days or more.

We had a great time. Eileen was very friendly and charming. Jean Michel was very helpful and friendly. Any issues was attended promptly. Location was great , ten minutes walk to the beach in front of Casuarina Hotel. Mon Choisy, the amazing beach in the north, less 5 minutes by car. We had a great peaceful time. We have already referred the town house to our family and friends. Of course, when we come back to Mauritius we will go there again. That's really what you need to enjoy your holidays, welcoming hosts and great location.

Villa with swimming pool.

A very pleasant villa 3 minutes walk from the sea with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool was a big bonus. Bus stop a short distance away. A lovely garden where one can observe beautiful species of birds. We spent a very nice month here.

Excellent stay Le Filao Villa

We had a pleasant holiday. As per description the villa was just perfect for 3 of us and a spare room to accommodate a friend. Two bathrooms including en suite which is very well though of. Descent size of shared swimming pool was not busy due to the beach is only 5 mins walk to. The area has everything we needed from local shops close by and bus stops to get to Grand Bay shopping centre and other tourists shops/restaurants.

Good value for money

My family and I stayed one month in this comfortable villa. Eileen was very welcoming and responded quickly to our requests. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, and about 15 mins walk to Mont Choisy public beach access. Bus stops at about 10 mins walk, supermarket 2 kms away, The place was as advertised. It included wifi, washing machine, linens and towels, simple kitchen with all the essentials, shared swimming pool that was regularly maintained, parking. The cleaning services once a week met the minimum requirements. Overall the villa was good value for money and we recommend for a comfortable stay!

Awesome Location!

We stayed one month in this lovely property and couldn't have been more happy. Short walks to the best two beaches on the island....Troux Aux Biches and Mont Choisy. You will be delighted to try the restaurants practically next door at REFRESH and La PESCATORE. Cup of Noe for artisanal coffees, pastries, baguettes and breakfast can't be beat! Short drive into Grand Baie for more delicious restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The home felt private and safe and had everything we needed. The host, Eileen, was absolutely fantastic and helped us with suggestions and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We didn't have any issues at all. Housekeeping was provided twice a week which was a definite plus. All in all this home was delightful in every way and we highly recommend it!.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison très spacieuse, propre et très calme. La sympathie d'Eileen, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité qui facilitent les échanges. Ces petits plus pour des vacances tranquilles, c'est ici. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage à peine 5 mn à pied et profité des couchés de soleil sur le ponton. Vous y trouverez d'excellents restaurants bien sympathiques en bas de la rue.Nous y reviendrons.

Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Es war alles vorhanden, uns fehlte nichts. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schnell erreichbar. Kleine Problemchen wurden auch schnell behoben. Für einen entspannten Urlaub können wir empfehlen.

L’accueil est hyper chaleureux La maison est très propre , fonctionnelle et super bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine : la vaisselle est abondante ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine Cest généreux au niveau des produits du quotidien ( produit vaisselle , éponge ,savon .. eau ). Eileen a été très charmante et disponible avant et pendant le séjour. La maison est très charmante et tout a été très fonctionnel. Néanmoins, un canapé aurait été plus adapté dans le salon, plutôt que des fauteuils de jardin et une climatisation dans la 3eme chambre serait la bienvenue. Mais cela n'a pas empêché le bon séjour dans cette magnifique maison tout proche des plages de mont Choisy et trou aux biches. Les commerces sont a proximité également. Concernant l'hébergement tout est conforme à l'annonce. Vaisselle en nombre, draps de bain et serviettes de plage super. Produits d'entretien, et condiments. Machine à laver et lave vaisselle appréciable. Villa située dans un quartier très calme, à 200m des premières plages. et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Trou aux Biches. L'arrière de la maison est à partager avec d'autres locataires, le devant étant privatisé.Et Puis il y a Eileen la propriétaire d'une gentillesse extrème, elle est solaire. Toujours dispo par whattsapp. Elle est là pour vous accueillir. Nous allons à Maurice tous les deux ans et c'est donc chez Eileen que nous retournerons.

Maison très fonctionnelle, proche des plages dans un environnement très calme. L'accueil est super, avec des provisions pour demarrer le séjour. Eileen est une hôte très agréable qui met tout en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions à notre aise. Jus de fruits et eau fraîche nous attendaient à l'arrivée, prêt des serviettes de toilettes et de plage et même ménage de fin de séjour offert !!! La résidence se situe dans un joli quartier et est très sécurisée. Deux belles plages à proximité ( trou aux biches et mon Choisy ) ainsi que quelques petits restaurants aux alentours ( la mediterranée à seulement deux maisons est à tester ). La piscine et l'espace extérieur sont un plus très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup Eileen.

Super séjour

Super location ! Emplacement calme et proche de tout. La maison est très agréable et on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps mais nous avons pu constater qu'elle etait bien entretenue. L'appartement est situé a 10 mn à pied d'une superbe jolie plage et pas loin de restaurants. Superbe accueil

Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte, qui nous a reçus avecle sourire , des rafraîchissements.

Nous avons passé 3 mois superbes : le lieu, Une hôtesse disponible toujours prête a regler le moindre petit souci ( ex une lampe qui avait grillé, une personne s est déplacée dans la journée. Nous profitons de remercier Eileen, J. Michel, Pascaline. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Villa conforme au descriptif

Emplacement idéal, proche des plages, villa conforme au descriptif. Notre hôte Eileen est d'une gentillesse, l'accueil a été parfait ( beaucoup de petites attentions). Eileen a organisé nos transferts de l'aéroport, location de la voiture avec Hema. Excellent séjour, n'hésitez pas à réserver cette villa avec piscine.
