Besides the Korrejou beach which is only 250 m away from the house, the Pen-Hat surf beach is a 20 mn walk from the house (1.5km) via the hiking trail. Camaret offers a sailing school, a diving school and a surf school. Many beaches, hiking trails and beautiful sites such as the famous Pointe de Pen-Hir... Camaret also caters for most tourists needs: shops, bars, restaurant, chemist, post office...

We have been living in Brussels for the past five years after having spent 4 years in Montreal Qc, Canada.

Why they chose this property

François-Xavier has always spent his holidays in the Crozon peninsula, and we enjoy a lot spending time here with our family, our children and friends. It is important for our family to own such a place we can call home especially since we live abroad.

What makes this property unique

The view to the sea from sunrise to sunset, as well as the view to the Vauban tower and Our Lady of Rocamadour chapel which are both lit at night: we cannot grow tired of them.
Our home is ideally suited for housing families, in particular it is very convenient to go to the beach on foot with the children without the need to park the car by the beach where a parking space is usually difficult to find in the Summer time.
