About this property

Beautiful renovated longère in the countryside and 10 km from the sea

Renovated house in 2017 in a pretty farmhouse, located between Locronan, Douarnenez and Quimper, with open views over rolling countryside and the mountain Locronan.
On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bedroom 1 single bed (90x190), a 1lit double room (140x190), bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.

- Outside :
A large garden, a large terrace of over 40m2 with sunbeds, garden furniture.
A swing and a toboggan will be installed before the summer holidays.

Free Internet (WIFI)

The location of the town on the edge of Porzay and Cornwall makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, whether on foot or by bike, for varied and interesting excursions.

In addition to less than 50km you can enjoy the grandiose sites that offers our region (Crozon Peninsula, Pointe du Raz, Baie des Trépassés ...). You can also visit the cities of character (Locronan elected one of the best villages in France, Pont Croix and Quimper).

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie im Sommer 2025 dort. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ideal zum Erholen mit dem Garten und der abgeschiedenen Lage. Die Gastgeber Familie Boussard sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch. Einsam und ruhig gelegen, der nächste Supermarkt trotzdem nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Locronan und viele schöne Strände sind ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Schönheiten der Bretagne zu erkunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines großen Hofes, wo auch die Vermieter wohnen. Die Vermieter sind großartige Menschen, eine sehr nette Familie und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Absolut sauber und gepflegt, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Fantastischer Sternenhimmel in der Nacht. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke nochmal an Familie Boussard für die tolle Zeit.
