The swimming pool it needs to be more organized with the sunbeds and omprellas and the common area (staircases, elevator e.t.c to be more clear.

Nice Appartment
Very good quiet location. The appartment is very well equipped.with spacious open plan kitchen and siiting room and cosy bedrooms..
A plus is that it has 2 toilets, a bathroom and a shower..
The bed mattresses need to be changed. They are cheap quality (with springs) and are very tyring..
