Samana agradable con grandioso visto en la toda bahia

Hemos disfrutado una semana reposada en el apartemento de Octavio. El apartemento es modesto amueblado pero agradable y con gusto. La gran terraza con tumbonas, mesa y sillas da diretemente al paseo y facilita una grandiosa vista en la toda bahía. In caso de algún incertidumbre Octavio siempre respondía en seguia. El estabe muy amable y servicial. Muchas gracias, Octavio! Nos hacemos mucha ilusión por unos otros vacaciones en el apartemento de Octavio. We spend a pleasant week in Octavio's apartment. It is furnished modestly yet cozy and flavoured. The large terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs points directly to the beach promenade and gives a grandious view over the whole bay. When we had a question Octavio has responded quickly. He has been kind and ready to help. Many thanks, Octavio! We are looking forward to future holidays in his apartment.

Sehr schönes Apartment aber…..

Wir mussten leider nach einer Woche nach Deutschland wegen eines Todesfalles. Das Portal Fe-wo gab die Wohnung nicht frei für einen neuen Mieter. Vier Wochen bezahlt - eine Woche genutzt. Meine Bemühungen über den Vermieter und Fe-wo die Wohnung für eine Neuvermietung frei zu geben schlugen fehl. Eine Entschädigung war darum nicht möglich. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Fantastik vy.

Trevlig lägenhet med det bästa läget du kan tänka dig. Där finns allt man kan önska sig av en semester lägenhet. Hyresvärden fanns alltid till hands om man behövde någon hjälp. Tyvärr fick vi lämna den 10 dagar för tidigt pga. Corona. Men ser fram emot att få komma tillbaka ett annat år. Lena&Henrik 200302-203021

Igen i år 1 måned. Perfekt lejlighed Dejlig lejlighed lige ud til havet og byen på den anden side. Passer lige til 2 personer lille men dejlig med terrassen God mulighed for selv at lave mad skønt. Mulighed for mange gode ture langs stranden og havnen . Dejligt sted

Super lejlighed.Der er alt hvad der skal være , lejligheden er lille men super for 2 personer.

Lejligheden er perfekt for 2 personer. Lille men super hyggelig. Der mangler intet. Dejlig terrasse . Det er også dejligt at kunne lave mad. Vi var der i en måned.

Great little apartment

We stayed in the apartment for one week. The communication with the , Octavio the owner, prior to arrival was good. Octavio offered to book us a taxi from the airport but we had already arranged a private transfer. The apartment is in a great location right by the best beach in Las Palmas and very close to all amenities. On arrival we gave Octavio a ring and he appeared within a minute (he lives in the same block of apartments) to let us in. The apartment is compact (one large room plus bathroom) but all the space is well designed and appears to have been refurbished recently. The best feature is the spacious balcony with direct views of the wonderfully blue sea. On the balcony was a table with four chairs, two sun loungers and two adjustable beach chairs all with cushions and a retractable sun sunshade. In the lounge area is a comfortable sofa, a sideboard with a decent sized flat screen tv, a coffee table and a small dining table with 2 stools. There is a walk-in cupboard for clothes which also stored spare blankets, bed linen, 4 beach towels, iron and ironing board and other useful bits and pieces. The double bed (quite small) is between the lounge part and the kitchen.The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, two electric rings, a microwave and a fridge and plenty of crockery and cooking equipment etc. for 2 people. The bathroom has no window and is a little dark. The shower is quite small. The water is heated up by a small boiler which only provides enough hot water for one shower at a time. A little tricky but we learned to have super fast showers to make the water last for both of us. It was good to have things like washing-up liquid, toilet paper and other useful things in the flat on arrival. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the hills.

Fantastic holiday

I promised Octavio, I would write a review on this site but just never got round to doing it. We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and a half. It was our first time in Las Palmas. Octavio was there to greet us on our arrival and was always available to answer our questions. Great place to stay. It is exactly as shown on the photos. Big enough for two. Fantastic view over the beach. The terrace comes in handy to sunbathe when it was too hot to go to the beach. Very well located. We will most certainly be coming back to Las Palmas and stay in this apartment.

Bästa läge i Las Palmas

Detta var tredje gången vi har haft förmånen att få bo i denna studio precis vid Las Canteras. Studion är fräsch, men det som gör den unik är den fantastiska terassen som är stor och med perfekt utsikt över Atlanten. Man vaknar och somnar till ljudet av havet. Det som också är bra är att fastighetesägaren bor i samma hus, han ger alltid snabb service om man önskar något. Det är också nära till allt, såsom affärer och restauranger. Vi är mycket nöjda och har för avsikt att komma tillbaka igen.

Tolles Appartement

Wir waren im April 2013 für 11 Tage hier, ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Appartement, einzigartige Lage, atemberaubender Blick auf Strand und Meer, sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter, alles vorhanden, gute Ausstattung, sogar mit Waschmaschine, Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen sicher wieder - vielen Dank Oktavio Herzliche Grüße Susanne & Martin aus Hamburg
