CONSISTS OF THREE BEDROOMS. THE MAIN BED WITH MARRIAGE OF 160X190. IN THE OTHER TWO THERE ARE TWO INDIVIDUALS OF 90X190 IN EACH ONE.
COMPLETE BATHROOM, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN WITH ALL NECESSARY APPLIANCES AND TERRACE COMPLETE
A FIVE MINUTES WALKING FROM THE BUS STATIONS AND TRAINS THAT WILL CONNECT YOU IN A LITTLE TIME WITH MARBELLA, ON ONE SIDE, AND WITH TORREMOLINOS OR MÁLAGA BY THE OTHER,
OUR THREE BEDROOMS GIVE A PRIVATE INTERIOR PATIO VERY QUIET WITH WHAT THE REST IS INSURED.

THE APARTMENT IS ON A SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT A ELEVATOR BUT THE STAIRS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY THAT USE WHEELCHAIRS.

Best spot in Fuengirola

We absolutely loved our stay at Juan's apartment in Fuengirola that is located a block from the beach and to the main plaza of the city. It is also an easy walk to both the train and bus stations. The master bedroom is located at the back of the apartment so that you don't hear any of the noise from the street in the evening. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for the three months we stayed in Fuengirlola. Juan is an amazing host. He went beyond what would be expected of a landlord for our stay to ensure we were happy at all times.

STAY OF A LIFETIME

Let me start by saying that the apartment was very well located, a 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and many man restaurants. Now JUAN the owner of the apartment was the best landlord that i ever met in my 45 or so years of vacation rentals. He was always ready to please, and fulfill every need that we had . I would certainly recommend this rental to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in Spain's Costa del Sol. Rest assured that ever i decide to return to Spain i would not hesitate to rent again from this fantastic individual ,JUAN MONTERO. One very, vey satisfied Home Away client.

Wonderful from start to finish

I highly recommend Juan's apartment. It is very spacious, with room for a family of six. It is exceptionally clean and well equipped. Lots of little extras, a bottle of wine and soft drinks on arrival. The location is incredible. The beach is 2 minutes walk. Juan is a gentleman, helpful from first to last contact.
