Room / Lounge (TV, DVD) 30m²; Kitchen 20 m² (fitted with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave fridge / freezer); A large WC + sink; Small technical room with washing machine + dryer; bathroom with shower seat.
A full foot bedroom (140 bed).

Upstairs (via the stone staircase):
Mezzanine bedroom (140cm bed) + cot
Parma room (140 bed)
Beige bedroom (120 + 90 bed)
A WC + sink.

Garden furniture + barbecue on wooden terrace with access ramp, lawn.
