MODERN APARTMENT IN 1st SEA LINE WITH SEA AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS

Modern apartment on the seafront, all exterior, with wonderful views of the sea, the Costa Daurada, the vineyards and the Penedès mountains.

The apartment is completely renovated and has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The dining room also has a large and comfortable sofa bed. SMART TV 43 "HD. Wifi. Air conditioning. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Nespresso coffee maker. All necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a spacious shower with tempered glass screen.

Enjoy the huge and quiet beach, which you can access directly from the farm.

The apartment is located in an area very well connected but very quiet and with good parking. A few meters from the apartment there are several supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bus and train.

30 minutes from Reus Airport
35 minutes from Port Aventura
25 minutes from Tarragona
20 minutes from Sitges.

The farm has two elevators and doorman.
