Large home on 1.25 acre lot, surrounded by trees and right on the water with access to Moriches bay and a kayak ride to Fire Island beaches and the Hamptons. Fits up to 3 families comfortably. Includes Kayak and Stand Up Paddleboard and dock for your boat if you choose to rent one at the nearby Marina. Kids playground a short walk away. Relax in the hammock while you BBQ and enjoy the sunset. Large expandable wood dining table can comfortably seat 14 people. Smith Point Beach 10 mins away.
