It is part of a series of apartments of different types, completely renovated from 2006, inserted in a very quiet residential complex at 300 meters. from the nearest sandy beach and 100 meters. from the port. Its strategic position (GPS coordinates 41.024122, 9. 541550) makes it convenient for all services (buses to the port and airport of Olbia, supermarket, bank, post office, port and medical guard, as well as the free shuttle bus 'Mare Mare' that connects the center of Portorotondo with its beaches, in service from 8 to 20 every day, with passages every 30 'and stop at our driveway). Well connected to the port and airport of Olbia (no car is required if you do not plan to make transfers \ tours outside Porto Rotondo). The location is very quiet although the location is central. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower, large outdoor veranda with table and chairs, satellite TV, air conditioning, garden and parking. The furnishings and fittings, particularly cared for, make the housing unit very welcoming and comfortable for families. Discounted rates apply in relation to length of stay.

Avis sur le studio de location

Appartement donnant sur une allée au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble, donc manque d'intimité. studio peu éclairé, équipement ménager limité au minimum, par rapport a une station balnéaire. Propriétaire difficile a trouver surtout en fin de semaine pour la remise des clés, sinon c'est une personne sympathique.

Appartamento bello e spazioso, lo consiglio a chiunque. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Unico neo, il wifi, pubblicizzato come servizio presente, non funzionava perché fuori portata , dal nostro trilocale.

This gorgeous apartment w...

This gorgeous apartment was clean, quiet and in a perfect location, walking distance to the Port, supermarket, cafes, bank and post office. There was also plenty of parking available. The free shuttle bus to the beach stops right in front of the property. It is in beautiful setting surrounded by the ocean and mountains.

"Ho trascorso una belliss...

"Ho trascorso una bellissima settimana, l''appartamento si trova in un elegante contesto residenziale, molto curato, silenzioso e tranquillo. E'' collocato in una posizione comodissima perchè si trova all''inizio di Porto Rotondo, è fornito di parcheggio, ed è vicino alle spiagge, al porto, ai negozi e ai locali. L''alloggio pulito e molto confortevole, dotato di angolo cottura e di uno spazio esterno e i proprietari sono molto gentili."

"La casa è proprio come nelle foto e si trova a pochi passi dal centro, è in un contesto silenzioso. Per i ragazzi c''è una discoteca a pochi passi ed altri negozi raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. la proprietaria è gentilissima. Per quanto riguarda l''auto c''è il parcheggio privato."

"Appartamento piccolo, ma molto carino, dotato di ogni confort: unica mancanza direi, il climatizzatore, o almeno un ventilatore."

Effettivamente quando il sig. F. è stato ospite presso il mio appartamento lo stesso non era dotato di climatizzatore. Se verificherete i log degli aggiornamenti dell'annuncio ho provveduto ad inserire la modifica "Climatizzatore" solo nel mese di dicembre 2006 perchè ho fatto installare il climatizzatore nello scorso mese di novembre 2006.
