This luxury riverfront Villa with separate Cottage is located just a few minutes walk from the central Pacific Harbour palm fringed beach on the Eastern end of the Coral Coast. Combined the property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 9.

Perfect for your Fijian vacation this private gated riverfront property is a 5 minute walk to resorts and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the lovely Pacific Harbour beach, a 10 minute walk to the Village shopping area and an easy 5 minute drive to the Trent Jones 18 hole golf course. This riverfront retreat has a comfortable cantilevered screen room extending out over the river backed by lush tropical gardens. The property has easy access to the river for kayaking and water-sports.

The main Villa boasts two large ensuite bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining area a large full service kitchen including commercial gas stove and oven and an upstairs media room.

The master bedroom is large and comfortable with a separate sitting area and views overlooking the spectacular Qaraniqio river frontage with french doors out to the pool and the outdoor shower. The ensuite is complete with shower and separate large bathtub for your relaxation needs.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 guests and is configured with both a queen and a single bed, with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool and garden area.

Separately positioned on the property the cottage provides two bedrooms sleeping up to four(4) guests. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed with views overlooking the gardens and river.

Perfect for guests who love the outdoors the large pool area is complete with outdoor lounges and two large umbrella sun shades.

Great property.

We had a delightful time here. The setting is wonderful and the owners were cooperative and helpful. The place needs a little TLC but we had lots of fun. They provide kayaks and had a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the river. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two more w/bath in the ‘cottage’.

A Gem in Paradise

I spent a week with my family, eight adults, had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out, with all the amenities to come together and enjoy time with loved ones. The home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to dining establishments and grocery store. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, right next to the river. Pool, deck chairs were very nice, we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. Kayaks were a big plus, allowing quick excursion to the beach. In exploring the area, I could not see a nicer place to stay, we were lucky to find this gem.

Get away

The house was a perfect place to relax and enjoy close-by activities, like river rafting and diving. The terrace beside the river was a great place to read on rainy days. Just be aware that there are always people on the property doing work and maintenance and in the workshop in front of the house, and as they walk around rhe property they can get a view of the inside (kitchen, living areas) as the property doe not have blinds in the living space area.

Luxurious and spacious property with all you need

Such a large accommodation that easily housed 3 couples for 5 nights. Beautifully manicured garden. Great ventilation, but ac was great when needed. So handy having a washing machine. Fun was had kyaking with plenty of life jackets provided. Thank you

What a beautiful home!!!

The riverfront estate was beautiful! We spent seven days of our 12-day trip at this location and wilI say that it will have a lasting impression on our wonderful trip. The estate was clean and well-kept with local flowering plants and fresh fruit all around. The river patio was the best place to have our morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the fish jumping around us. Alexxis was a great host and made things easy for us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Fiji. We will be back!!!

Family Holiday

The property was amazing, beautiful location by the river and close for alot of activities. Todd and Alexxis were great, always got back to us quickly and Dee was great in helping us with contacting and organising some activities! We all loved the pool, river jumping and kayaking. Absolutely beautiful home away from home

Absolute beautiful place with fabulous host. All the family loved it. A place for everyone. Gardens were absolutely stunning with the outdoor deck and enclosed patio perfectly situated right on the river. Home was immaculate with everything you need with pool and aircon. Our favourite place to date wonderful would highly recommend

Way better than expected

We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

Secretly I don’t want to share my views on this property because I want to keep this gem in paradise to myself😬 My family and friends. 8 of us created the most amazing memories here The home Yes it’s a home is more than what we expected. Little tings like cookware and dishes and instructions on what to do etc The pool. The screen room-not to watch to tv but to screen us from outside elements while enjoying a good read or just a quiet moment. The kayaks. The ability to fish by the river or just watch boats n kayaks go by Hosts recommend Mark for fishing and he must be the best because my husband who hardly says anything raves about the experience and the fish galore. Alexxis, Todd and the team of Dee. Alisi and bela are super hosts and very responsive. We are already planning when to come back and friends and family are wanting to know how they can book this place Thanks Alexxis and Todd

Private paradise!

Beautiful and spacious property right by the river. Lovely hosts who make sure you are well looked after. The pool is clean and warm , there are canoes to explore the area. Beach, shops and restaurants few minutes drive away. Could not ask for.morw. Thank you for having us!

Dream Vacation

The Villa in Pacific Harbour was exactly as described and even more. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We could be close together for meals but also had our own areas where we could have some privacy. The ceiling fans, air con, and pool kept us very comfortable. The wifi kept us connected to the world back home when we needed it. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. The river in back of the property was perfect for fishing and kayaking. Our kids took the kayaks up the everywhere-- up river and out to the beach. The screened dock house was a great place to relax at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Food, shopping, beach, etc. Our host was very responsive to our every need. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer-- we will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful pool

We had a great week, exactly what we were looking for. Big kitchen so breakfast at home. Hanging out at and in the pool. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Alexxis arranged our transfer from/to Nadi, and a day trip to Suva city.

Excellent Property!

Clean, expansive, and secluded property right on the river. We really enjoyed the enclosed deck next to the river and the pool during our stay. We walked to The Establishment and Arts Village several time and even enjoyed a run through the golf course. Todd and Alexxis were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, but doesn’t have much in the way of spices if you’re looking to cook meals make sure you bring what you need or expect to buy it. Overall a great stay!

Great location and property

As promised, Alexxis was a very attentive host. She quickly helped with so many problems and concerns. We loved all the space for the kids to play and spent plenty of time in the kayaks (there were 4!!) and in the pool. Having a car (which Alexxis helped us with!) was really nice for going to different beaches, getting to a larger supermarket and generally getting to see Viti Levu. The property was very peaceful and private. Thank you for the memories!

Wonderful place in Pacific Harbour

My wife and I and two other friends stayed at this wonderful house. The layout is perfect for small and large groups alike and the location is superb. We enjoyed the beautiful pool overlooking the river every day! Morning coffee and evening cocktails were had in the veranda as we enjoyed exchanging "Bula!" with the various boaters and kayakers on the river. While we ran into a couple of minor issues, I was most impressed with the owners as they were extremely responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. Alexxis was very helpful in arranging our river rafting and surfing excursions. The absolute highlight was Alexxis's suggestion to have to local venue, The Establishment, cater our evening meals. Ben and his staff went above and beyond!!! We were going to have 4 of 7 meals catered but after the first night we asked to have all 7 meals. We were spoiled with absolutely 5 Star meals and service. We all were sitting at the table each night eagerly waiting for the next decadent display of the wonderful dinners, complete with appetizer, main course and dessert. Happily married to my lovely husband Todd! We have two wonderful children Wrenn and Brigg and have been living in Fiji for the last twenty five years with no regrets.
I grew up in Hawaii and have lived in quite a few places but none that touch the simplicity and friendliness of Fiji.

This has been our family home for the last 28 years. It is a wonderful property that is perfect for small or large family gatherings. A whole lot of laughter and love has filled this home and it is now time to share the magic!

With two separate homes on the 1 acre property you have all room and privacy you could ever need. Complete with a huge family style pool, the special over the water screened in deck and gigantic pool side umbrellas you will come and never want to leave!
