Our family had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of the Royal Mile and all key sites. The host was an excellent communicator and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Everything worked well. Even with street activity at night, bedrooms were quiet. Only complaint is the number of stairs (61), with our age of 70 years were a little taxing. Especially day 1 as we had 5 bags plus 3 backpacks to get up the stairs

The photos cannot do this property justice. Every part of our stay was wonderful at this location and the place was much bigger than we expected. Great central location with a very lively Royal Mile right outside your window.

Couldn't fault our stay at all and by chance was meet by our gracious host at time of arrival. Everything had been well cleaned and equipped for all our needs. The rooms are well sized overlooking the Royal Mile, so street entertainment provided for free. Will certainly be returning.

So lucky to have chosen this beautiful unit. The location couldn't have been better next to St Giles in Parliament Square, mid-way on the Royal Mile with vendors and entertaining street performers below the windows. Entry instructs worked perfect, owner responded immediately to ANY question and we rented a space from JustPark 1blk away at Radisson. Just know its 3 flights up...which made for the perfect view. You wont be disappointed.

Perfect location, well appointed apartment, had everything that we needed, steps away from sites and dining options. The host had excellent communication and follow up. Would highly recommend to anyone as long as they are okay with a few flights of stairs to the apartment, but that really applies for all of Edinburgh.

This property can’t be beat. The pictures accurately reflect the apartment, but it was even more spacious than I imagined. The proximity to every major attraction couldn’t be beat, and my kids liked watching the street entertainment from the big picture windows when they needed a break from all the walking we did. Communication was clear and prompt. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever travel back to Edinburgh.

Truly in the middle of it all- my kids watched street performers from the living room window in the afternoons when we came home for lunch. Extremely spacious, beds were comfortable and the shower and bathroom were lovely. There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that, but the location quality and size of this place are fantastic. Extremely good instructions and easy check in

Apartment looked out on Royal Mile and was perfectly situated. Food, places to visit, bus and train station 10-15 minutes walk. History literally outside the building. Shahid, owner, was wonderful and kept me appraised and always available should we need him. My daughter and I had a wonderful and memorable time. It was worth splurging this one time on accommodations; apartment is lovely!

This was the perfect place to spend our 3 nights in Edinburgh! Although there are many stairs to the apartment they are carpeted and a gradual incline so easier than one would expect. The place is so spacious and location on the Royal Mile couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the buskers from the many large windows, visited St Giles right next door, Mary Kings Close just across from us and a 10 minute walk to the castle. Evening walks along the Royal Mile once the crowds left for the day was very enjoyable. Our host Shahid was wonderful and always easy to reach and checked in to make sure all was well.Do not hesitate booking!
