Bright and spacious first floor 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace within walking distance of the resort center.

The Space:
This bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms. The spacious lounge dinner with large double patio doors opens out on to a large terrace with garden and pool views. There are 16 communal swimming pools available for your use as well as tennis courts, petanque and some table tennis areas around selected pools.

Underground garage parking is provided with lift access.

Linen and towels are included.

There are 2 bars, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked supermarket and shop… ALL within walking distance.

The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.

Sitio tranquilo ideal para niños.

Hemos estado con niños y muy bien, muchas piscinas para elegir, zona infantil, mucho cesped, hay aire acondicionado, repetiría, cocina bien dotada. Un poco lejos de la playa. Aparcamiento justo al lado.
