everything was fine: location, dialogue and service with host and local representative worked well. What is a bit of a let down is that there is a musty smell in the ski storage area and in other common areas. this was not a problem in the apartment. in the apartment there was only ventilation in the small "bedroom" which was missing. the apartment is best suited for a couple, together with maybe one or two small children.

Tiny apartment but very handy

Just enough for 4 adults, would be better for 2 adults and 2 kids. But we managed well. Very closed to slopes and lifts.

The main advantage of this apartment is its position. From the ski locker room to the slope it's a 20 m trail covered in snow, so it's a true ski-in and out experience. The proximity of the public Preyerand lift makes it very easy to go to the centre of the village for shopping, or to various offices. This is probably the best location to be without a car in Les Menuires.I liked that there was an induction hob and a small grill oven for versatile cooking options, although the latter was old and missing any markings, so one needs to experiment with the controls. The shower room radiator is effective for drying ski clothes.One should be aware that it is not possible to get a wifi router, despite advertised. Also, to get your bed linen one must go to a laundry shop in the main shopping gallery at Croisette, which has a long lunch break and closes early in the evening, so you may lose the chance if arriving late. Note that one has to climb one floor up from last floor served by the lifts to the top floor. The building is busy with families on vacation and so full of smells, as is the ski locker room where a lot of moisture has nowhere to escape.

Very comfortable stay

Apartment was clean and according to description. Location is ski in, ski out to building - first day access was frozen, by it snowed the second day and the access was good all week. Even when access was frozen, walk from ski locker in the building to ski piste was 50m. Also 50m from building to Preyerand lift that takes you to La Croisette, very practical to go out to dinner at the end of the day. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and mattress protectors were available. Heating in the apartment was very efficient and there was never any shortage of hot water for baths. One detail it wasn’t obvious for me was that toilet and wash basin + shower are in two separate doors in the apartment, so you need to open and close doors before you can wash your hands after going to the toilet - it was the only aspect we didn’t find very practical. A very good stay overrall, and one we would enjoy again.

Location is great...but

While the location of the property is great, a few things to keep in mind. There is no wifi, the listing is inaccurate. The property does not come with sheets, nor towels (while listed in the listing - it is a pain). Only one of the heaters works, so it is cold, the bedrooms can get chilly. The property manager wasn't super respective - when we inquired what happened with the wifi she responded "Well you called me from your phone, so you must have internet..." Skiing in Tres Valles is always amazing, but honestly I would have preferred to have stayed elsewhere.

Nettes kleines Appartement in toller Lage, nicht so sauber wie erwartet.

Das Appartement hat 28 m² Wohnfläche ist dabei sehr praktikabel eingerichtet. Natürlich ist alles auf kleinem Raum untergebracht. Das Schlafzimmer mit 140cm Bett ist sehr schön und hat ein Fenster. Die Rollläden fanden wir sehr praktisch. Die Kabine mit zwei Stockbetten ist doch recht eng, hat leider keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit und liegt mitten in der Wohnung. Das Bad ist sehr gut eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Dusche, genug Warmwasser, ... passt alles. Die Toilette sollte nach vorne 20cm mehr Platz haben. Wenn man sich nicht so gut kennt: Die Türe zu schließen bringt einen unbequemen Aufenthalt mit sich. Ansonsten, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hatte wertiges Geschirr (Mrz '24) und alles, was man braucht. Bei uns war die Wohnung leider nicht so sauber, vor allem die Toilette und die Betten. Wenn die Vermietung von privat aus geregelt ist, dann hatten wir (auch wegen der anderen Bewertungen) mit einer besser geputzten Wohnung gerechnet. Vielleicht sind wir aber auch überdurchschnittlich empfindlich? Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung aber wirklich weiterempfehlen, einen Stock muss man halt durchs Treppenhaus vom 6. Stock in den 7. Stock laufen.

Appartement très bien situé, "skis aux pieds" et proche des commerces. Pas très grand mais suffisant pour une famille de deux adultes (la chambre est confortable) et deux enfants ou jeunes ados (la "cabine" est un peu juste pour deux adultes). Propre et bien équipé. Stationnement facile et gratuit. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de Noël !

Perfect ski in/ski out apartment

Excellent, clean, very well equipped apartment. Comfy beds and very quiet. Brilliant location - truly ski in and out. Ski hire shop and small supermarket only 50m away. Outside free parking close to the building. Check in process very easy with local contact in the resort who was easy to contact. Yes the apartment is small, but it had everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 teenagers). Would stay again.

Bon emplacement

Appartement très propre et bien rénové, bien équipé. Dommage un lit de 160 pour les parent serai un plus sur une semaine ou le sommeil est important. Casier a ski trop petit, impossible de loger les skis et chaussures pour 4 personnes. Je recommande ce logement qui offre le nécessaire pour une semaine de ski.

un lit de 160 n'est pas possible ,chambre étroite vous ne pourriez pas passer de chaque coté du lit quant au casier à ski nous l'avons aménagé avez vous vu que nous avons installé des crochets dans la porte pour les chaussures et les batons merci pour votre appréciation

Klein aber Fein

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Ski Piste und man kann mit dem kostenlosen Pendel Lift, der direkt neben dem Haus liegt, direkt in den Ort fahren. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber komplett Ausgestattet. Das einzige Manko, leider ist in der Wohnung kein WLAN verfügbar!

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die beiden getrennten Schlafräume, der flexible Buchungszeitraum sowie der professionelle Service vor Ort bei Ankunft und Abreise. Vielen Dank, vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder? ;-) maschinelle Übersetzung, traduction automatique: Appartement bien équipé dans un emplacement privilégié à la piste de ski, pour le shopping, .. Les deux chambres séparées, la période de réservation flexible et le service professionnel sur place à l'arrivée et au départ sont particulièrement remarquables.
