Sunny, spacious house with beautiful views, close to beaches and restaurants.

How dare you. You nasty, ungrateful, arrogant, snob. I have never openly insulted a guest in a reply to a review, but you deserve it. Yes the dishwasher broke the day after your arrival, but we sent a technician as soon as he was able to come, 2 days later. He ordered the part of the motor that was broken and installed it the day after it arrived. Do YOU have service like that in Italy in the middle of August?? I doubt it! Although the dishwasher did work again, the next day it stopped again, so we made the decision to have him take it to his workshop and try it there. Unfortunately he found that the problem was greater and was not worth repairing and we decided to order a new one, but Aug 15th, AS YOU KNOW, is a sacred holiday here and everything closes. The new dishwasher didn't arrive until the day before your departure and was installed the day you left. As far as the bathrooms, next time you should read the advertisement thoroughly of the house you wish to rent as it SPECIFICALLY says that the house has ONE full bathroom and ONE bathroom with toilet and sink. YOUR mistake, not ours, for not reading properly. NOWHERE in the ad do we offer sun chairs/loungers for the garden, NOWHERE, NOR AN UMBRELLA. The two chairs and umbrella you used are BEACH chairs and BEACH umbrella, and are there as a courtesy to go to the BEACH with. And lastly, at least you acknowledged the fact that, while everyone else was off on Aug 15th, I WAS NOT, and brought you a gas bottle for the hot water. I knew you would be a terrible guest the day I came over to see what was happening with the dishwasher. You were SO unfriendly, almost nasty, and even one of your other guests staying at the house seemed to agree with me! Instead of being grateful for having a beautiful, impeccably clean, sunny, spacious, beautiful house with a huge, private garden and patio and outdoor dining table and chairs, 2 minutes from the beach, you had to find fault with things that were not even our fault!!Guests like you are NOT welcome. Don't burden others with your unhappiness!

The house has no heating because it is only rented out from June -September, when heating is not required, and for that reason we also do not advertise the house with heating either, even though it does have a pellet stove. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay anyway though, and that the pellet stove solved the problem :-) It was lovely meeting you both! Wishing you all the best!
