45m2 apartment located on the ground floor of our chalet -Entrée independent - Adjoining ground with access rez of garden since the flat, living room of garden the summer, private parking in front of the chalet.

Located between the village of Les Rousses (2 km) and the ski slopes of the Jouvencelles (1 km). You will appreciate the calm and the tranquility of the places.

Main room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen area (fridge, gas cooker, microwave)
1 bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
Shower room - separate wc
wifi access - cot and high chair available

Passage of the GR in front of the chalet - many hiking, lake Rousses (swimming, fishing) at 3kms - near the Swiss border and its many sights, Geneva (45kms)
